Restorative alignment and trust,

A flow dream meditation.

As I close my eyes,

I feel myself letting go.

I let go of everything that's happened so far to me today.

I feel all my thoughts wash away from me,

As if being drawn away,

Tumbling away like sea foam receding back into the ocean by the waves.

I breathe deeply,

Allowing my lungs to fill,

Releasing,

And breathing again,

This time holding as I count silently to three,

Before releasing.

As I continue to breathe,

I feel my shoulders relaxing,

The tension in my brow and jaw releases My neck feels free,

Easy,

And relaxed.

Nothing pulls at me.

Nothing tugs at me.

I'm empty,

Present,

Still.

I'm in this perfect moment.

I'm aligned into this second and no other.

In this moment,

I let everything go,

Released.

Nothing can cling to me.

Neither past nor future is welcome now.

Now I am present.

I am a feather floating into the sky.

Up I go,

Gently floating.

I drift.

I float.

And eventually,

I find myself settling,

Standing looking out from a high clifftop over a gorgeous field of light.

I see it glow all around me,

Rich and deep,

And thick and filled with potential.

I'm surrounded by perfect flow,

By these signs of my own growth and expansion.

I can feel that within this place.

I'm aligned into a perfect,

Radiant current of light and energy that rises up and through me,

Up through this field of light,

Up through me,

Surrounding me,

Embracing me.

I raise my arms and feel this gentle pulse rise through me.

This energy is ancient and wise.

It's both part of me and outside of me.

I'm both one with it and separate from it.

Mostly,

I'm totally aligned within it,

Into this source energy,

This natural,

Universal energy,

Which flows utterly free and unrestricted within me.

Nothing is in its way.

It's easy,

Pouring.

I'm in this freedom,

This flow,

This perfect stream,

This perfect direction,

This perfect pillar of light and energy and potential,

Where everything that is the most right,

The most perfect,

Surrounds me,

Ready for me to take it,

Feel it,

Have it,

Become it.

This flow is my natural destiny,

Filled with power and harmony and expansion.

I trust this.

I know this.

I am this.

This is the true,

Real me.

Within this space,

All my insecurities,

Fears,

And stressors are merely temporary illusions in this game I'm playing called life.

These illusions may tell me that I can't trust,

That I must fear or brace,

Regret or anticipate,

Forever looking backward into my past or forward into the future with worry or regret or pain.

But my inner,

Deepest knowing tells me this is unnecessary.

It is distracting me from my pure present,

From my total alignment,

From the deep trust I have in myself and in my flow.

My deepest self tells me that I'm on a natural path toward ever greater joy,

Awareness,

Strength,

Freedom,

And connection,

Both with others,

With myself,

And with Spirit.

My very being,

My Source Self,

Protects me,

Keeps me secure and aligned all the time,

Every moment,

Every second.

That is always telling me,

Reminding me that the things I yearn for are on their way.

The emotions I want to experience in any different area of my life will be there.

I am moving toward them even now,

And I will enter,

Explore,

And receive these positive emotions,

These wonderful situations,

These extraordinary moments,

Whether through the scenarios that I believe they'll come through or through ways even more perfect that I can't anticipate because flow has set them up for me,

Knowing so much more than even I do.

And so I give myself up.

I leap into trust.

I have no fear of trust.

I have no doubt about trust.

I allow trust once again into my life.

I am so strong and secure in this knowing that I trust myself,

And I trust flow.

And so from where I stand in these vast and gorgeous energies,

I choose to leap.

I leap with joy,

Feeling flow catch me and lift me,

My feather-light body soaring into the energies.

Where I'd expected to feel a drop,

Instead,

I feel strength welling up from below me,

From all sides.

I'm cushioned in my flow,

Riding waves of unbreakable light,

Pure energy,

Pure potential,

Pure source,

Pure rightness,

Pure alignment,

Which cascades forward,

Bringing me toward my perfect destiny,

One filled with total contentment,

Ease,

Power,

Wonder,

And love.

I have a right to be here,

Being here,

So connected,

So open,

So revealed,

Being within this supreme trust is one of the choices that's been offered to me,

And I'm choosing to accept it,

To allow myself this gift,

To say yes to it.

I trust myself.

I trust the flow of my greater self.

I trust source.

I know that everything that's best for me will happen in perfect,

Divine timing.

I know that everything I'm presently experiencing is there to simply move me closer,

Ever closer to my truest self,

My greatest expression of who I am and what I'm capable of.

This is my desire,

My quest,

And I am supported in every way in fulfilling this.

Everything I'm experiencing now is taking me closer to where I want to go,

Even if I myself am unsure how or why.

I recognize that this release into total trust is the key to allowing my flow and my life to give me what I need when I need it.

Trust is what wipes away my blocks,

Fears,

And resistance.

I trust myself to make ever better decisions as my life unfurls.

I trust that I no longer need to repeat any old patterns or experiences that I'm bored with or done with.

I trust that the feelings I've desired are now in my life,

Already there,

Waiting for me to open my eyes to them,

Already surrounding me,

Already there,

Nothing more to be done,

Nothing more to work out.

I trust that I'm already moving into that next space of ever-deeper contentment,

Fulfillment,

And positive,

Beautiful growth.

Flow is constructing the perfect method and timing for these feelings to be reflected all through my physical life.

I know this,

And know this to be true.

I work in partnership with my flow.

I work in partnership with God,

With Source,

With my greater self,

And I trust that this partnership is real,

True,

And vibrant.

I do not worry.

I know everything is already working itself out in my life.

Things I wish to release and things that I'm desiring and creating,

They are all being worked on,

Developed,

And created,

Offered to me.

Flow is continuously offering me the best choices and direction,

And I am continually accepting this.

And now I set this template into my flow to stay,

To expand continuously in the days ahead.

In the days ahead,

I open my arms and shower my flow with this intention.

Go to it,

I say.

Continue.

I believe.

I know.

I trust.

I accept.

I am a partner in tandem with you,

And we together are an unstoppable force,

An unbreakable energy toward love,

Expansion,

Purity,

And the highest good for all.

I trust myself.

I follow my feelings.

I do what feels good and right.

I trust the universe.

I trust Source.
