Welcome here to this moment.

This moment that you have chosen to connect with the essence of who you are.

The wholeness of you that bubbles underneath all that you do.

All that you give to others.

Underneath loving.

Underneath busy.

Underneath priorities.

Underneath pressure.

Underneath caring.

Underneath worry.

Underneath time.

Underneath holding space.

Underneath tired.

Underneath exhaustion.

Underneath depletion.

Underneath nothing left.

Underneath empty.

Take this moment to settle in to this time and space that is for you.

For you alone.

Find comfort in how you are sitting or lying.

Allow your hands,

Arms and legs to uncross.

Allow yourself to welcome the energies of limp,

Loose and relaxed.

Gently allow your eyes to close.

Becoming aware of your breath.

Consciously choose to breathe in as slowly and deeply as you can.

Breathe out even slower than you breathe in.

Breathe in through your nostrils and out through your mouth.

With each breath in,

Bring calm and peace into your body.

With each breath out,

Feel the tension leaving your body.

With each breath in,

Begin to feel the essence of who you are.

Underneath what you do,

Flowing through your body.

With each breath out,

Let go of all that depletes you.

No one wants anything from you.

No one needs anything from you.

There is nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

No one to nurture.

No one to worry about.

No one to give to.

No one to take from you.

All is in its place and cared for in this moment.

You have done all you can do.

You have done enough.

Now is the time for the essence of you to deeply connect to the source of your wholeness.

A well of plenty containing resilience,

Strength,

Abundance,

Nourishment,

Creativity and sustenance.

Bringing deep,

Blissful nourishment,

Rest and rejuvenation.

Noticing your breath again,

Feel each breath in spreading warm relaxation throughout your body.

Feel the warmth coming in through the top of your head.

Bathing your scalp and relaxing your neck.

Allow your tongue to drop away from the roof of your mouth.

Let it gently rest.

Feel your jaw relaxing and dropping slightly down towards your chest.

Sending the warmth down through your shoulders,

Your arms and hands.

Feel the heat in your palms and the tingling in your fingers and thumbs.

Swirling around your chest and torso,

The warm relaxation pays extra attention to your lungs,

Heart and womb.

The deep relaxation nurturing your capacity to live,

Love,

Care and create.

Gently passing down to your thighs,

Through your knees,

Calves,

Ankles and feet.

The feet that carry you on your journey,

Down into your toes,

Radiating out from you into the earth.

Connecting you to our planetary mother,

Gaia.

Bringing deeper and deeper relaxation.

Looking through your mind's eye in this space of warm relaxation,

You find yourself at a beautiful stone and wooden well.

Bathe in golden sunlight,

Surrounded by lush green growth.

Planted in deep rich soil.

Rigging your toes into the rich soil,

You ground yourself.

Running your hands over the smooth stone wall,

You are reminded of the purpose of a solid container.

To hold you up,

To support you,

To contain you,

To hold space for you.

Reaching out to the wooden bucket,

Hanging at the top of the well,

You reflect on new buds and growth in springtime.

Your legs feel like strong tree roots in the ground.

You ponder on the seasons,

The cycle of life,

The ebb and flow of the tides.

Understanding that sometimes,

Just like the bucket and the well,

You can be full,

At other times empty.

You gently sway your body side to side,

Feeling the sensuality,

Strength and sustenance of your essence.

Your wholeness that bubbles underneath,

All that you are,

All that you do.

Leaning over the stone wall of the well,

You notice the water level is high.

You see a reflection in the calm and sparkling water.

In that moment,

You know what you need.

You know how to tap into your essence.

How to refill your own container from the well of plenty.

Containing all that you are,

All that you need and all that you can be.

Turning the handle,

The bucket slowly lowers down towards the water.

Watching the bucket touch the water,

You let it sit for a moment.

You intuitively know how to meet your needs and care for yourself.

You reflect on what you are going to draw from the well.

Is it peace,

A sense of calm,

Nourishment,

Replenishment,

Rejuvenation,

Strength,

Perhaps courage,

Creativity,

Love or well-being?

Is it grace,

Grit,

Joy,

Laughter,

Fun,

Sleep,

Wisdom,

Time,

Abundance,

Health or healing?

What is it that you need in this moment to fill your own well of plenty?

Here is the space and time.

Right here.

Right now.

Take what you need.

Take all that you need.

As you draw the bucket out of the water,

You notice the water level in the well rising.

The water of life filling the space,

Slowly,

Gently,

Consistently,

Purposefully.

There is always enough.

There is plenty.

You are always enough.

You always have plenty.

This bucket holds all the love and care you need for yourself and for others.

Placing the bucket on the deep,

Rich soil,

You gently rest on your knees.

Cupping your hands,

You drink the cool,

Clear,

Fresh water.

You splash water on your face.

You hold your face up to the golden sunlight.

At this moment,

You are whole.

You are full.

You are nourished.

You are replenished.

The essence of who you are vibrates through every cell in your body.

Your mind,

Heart and body are full.

On the lush green growth,

You rejoice in your wholeness.

Your attention returns to your breath.

Very gentle,

Slow breaths in and out.

Placing one hand on your heart chakra and the other on your sacral chakra,

You bring the wholeness and the essence of who you are back into your container.

Notice how good this feels.

Stay with yourself and the music a while,

Remembering you have enough,

You have plenty,

You are enough,

You are plenty.
