Hello and welcome to Celebrate Yourself breathwork meditation.
My name is Sue and I will guide you through a practice that will help you to connect more deeply with yourself and appreciate how far you have come and how much you deserve it to celebrate your beautiful life right here and right now.
So get yourself comfortable in an upright position,
You might want to close your eyes or just soft your gaze.
That's perfect.
And start by becoming more aware of your full body,
The weight of your body,
The points of your body that are in contact with the surface beneath you,
Drop down your shoulders,
And become a little bit more curious about the sensations you are feeling right now,
The temperature of the air touching your skin.
That's perfect.
And now I invite you to very gently move your attention to your breath as you inhale and exhale.
In every in breath,
Imagine that you are breathing in relaxation and as you are breathing out,
Letting go the tension you have been carrying on.
You don't need to keep them with you.
You are allowed to release in every single acceleration.
That's right.
Breathing in gently,
Soft,
Smooth.
Breathing out,
Letting go with a sigh.
And now very gently shift your focus to your mind's eyes and start by creating a big picture where you are in the center of this image.
And around you,
Start by placing images of all the events that you have attended,
All the work you have done,
The moments you have created this year,
Including the happiness ones,
The joyful moments,
But also the moments that were difficult,
Hard.
They're also part of this experience called life.
Taking a moment to really make that visual clear.
Look at this picture.
Look at you in the center.
And appreciate all your power,
Your kindness,
Your passion,
Your dedication,
Your strong energy to make every single day count,
To embrace your life as it is.
Just look in your own eyes as we start to breathe in a rhythm,
Celebrating your unique self.

Breathe in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose,
Connect with your exhalation.
It's smooth and consistent.
Connect every single in breath in your next out breath with no pulse.

Just keep your breathing in and out.

Breathe in,
Feel yourself with all the love,
With pride for being who you are in this moment because you're amazing.
You're abundance,
You're health,
Wealth,
And you have everything you need to smile to your life right here and right now.
As you keep breathing,
Just notice how beautiful you are.
You are creative.
You are genius.
You are incredible.
That's who you are.
Breathe out,
Look at this incredible person you have become already.
Breathe in,
You are free.
Breathing out to be divine.
The waves of your breath brings you clarity,
Showing you how much you have to celebrate,
How much that you should be grateful for,
And how much you deserve in happiness,
Joy,
Love.
Breathing in peace with your soul,
Breathing out to be grateful for this life.
That's right.
Let your inner world expand.
Appreciate yourself.
Be proud of all your effort.
Let your energy rise and shine to the world.

Open your heart,

Expand,
Feel the energy rising up and up and up and release very gently.
Just return with ease and peace to your normal breathing in and out through your nose.
And just take this moment to witness those good feelings and sensations that you have just created.

You have done so well.
Be proud of who you are.
Be proud of the body that you have.
The mind that you own.
Your soul that just wants you to have the best life today.
As you come to the end of this practice,
Just take another one,
Very deep breath.
