Welcome to this evening’s pause. As the day settles into night, let’s take these next two minutes to gently release what no longer serves you. Whether your day felt full, frayed, or fleeting, this is your moment to soften, honor your efforts, and make space for rest. Together, we’ll breathe into calm, trade weariness for peace, and remember that every sunset is an invitation to let go. Ready? Let’s begin.

Transcript

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly,

Feel the weight of the day begin to lift,

The Sun has set and the stars are gently lightening the sky,

This is your time to rest,

To release,

To recharge,

With each inhale imagine drawing a calm like moonlight filling a quiet room,

With each exhale let go of any tension,

Worry or heaviness from the day,

Picture it dissolving like smoke into the night air,

You don't need to carry it anymore think of the day as a book,

Some pages were light,

Some heavy,

But each one has been written,

Now gently close the book and set it aside,

You are not the story of today,

You are the author of tomorrow,

You are not the story of today,

You are the author of tomorrow,

Take a moment to feel gratitude for one thing,

No matter how small,

A kind word,

A warm meal,

A moment of laughter,

Let this gratitude wrap around you like a soft blanket,

Take one more deep breath,

Feel the peace of this moment,

When you are ready open your eyes knowing you have let go of what no longer serves you,

Tonight you rest,

Tomorrow you begin anew have a good night
