
Love Wave Meditation (without Introduction)

Love Wave is intended to deepen self love and acceptance.
Transcript
Close your eyes and begin to relax as if you're in a hammock on your favorite sandy beach.
Draw a deep comforting breath in your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Continue inhaling and exhaling intentionally for a few more breaths.
Notice the sound of your exhalation is like waves washing up on the shore.
On your next exhalation,
Allow your voice to make the sound of ah.
Inhaling deeply.
Ah.
Ah.
Feel the pleasurable vibration resonating in your whole body.
Again,
Inhaling deeply and exhaling the sound of ah.
With each wave of sound,
Release a measure of stress and replace it with a feather-light sense of peace.
Feel your own weight peacefully melting into the earth.
Now begin to breathe naturally and without any effort.
Allow gravity and the natural rhythm of your breathing to do the work for you.
The gentle waves of each breath invite you into an ever-increasing sense of ease.
Let your lips open ever so slightly,
Softening your jaw and tongue.
Your facial muscles are becoming more and more relaxed.
Your eyes are softening and resting in your skull.
Your shoulders and chest are more open with each breath.
You feel your hips,
Legs,
And feet relax.
Your heart is expanding in its capacity to give and receive love.
Every breath is a gift and an opportunity to renew ourselves.
Accept and embrace the gift of peace that accompanies each breath.
Acknowledge now that whatever you aspire to be or express is simply a wave in a timeless and infinite ocean.
We are not the source,
But we are producing source through our feelings and desires.
With this understanding,
See yourself in the mirror of your own mind.
Visualize your own unique magnificence.
Feel the wonderful feelings of knowing how much you are loved and cherished by Source.
Mentally,
Say the words,
I love you,
Three times.
Mentally,
With joy and enthusiasm,
Say the words,
I love you,
Three times.
Mentally,
With joy and enthusiasm,
Say the words,
I love myself,
Three times.
When you have completed telling yourself these words,
Mentally say the words,
Thank you,
Three times.
Feel deep gratitude for knowing that you are worthy of being loved and cherished by Source.
Feel deep gratitude for knowing that you are love personified.
Begin to feel this love throughout your body.
Where the mind goes,
Energy flows.
As I direct your attention toward different parts of your body,
Illuminate a golden point of light at each one.
Be mindful,
But do not cling to any one part.
Simply pay attention and allow the energy to move effortlessly.
Please bring awareness to the space between your eyebrows and at your throat,
And to the centre of your chest,
To your heart.
Relax your heart.
So often we neglect to listen to the wisdom of our heart.
Let your heart be known.
Mentally,
Say the words,
I am happy to hear you now.
Please repeat these words three times.
Allowing any emotion to arise.
Breathe.
Allow these emotions and any thoughts or memories to pass over your mind's eye.
Do not cling to any of these images.
Simply observe them.
If you have been attached to any of it,
Forgive yourself now.
Mentally,
Say these words,
I forgive myself.
Repeat these words three times.
Begin to cultivate a feeling of gratitude for all that you have experienced and created in this life.
For each of these manifestations has brought you to this moment of greater clarity and awareness.
Be thankful.
Mentally,
Say the words,
Thank you.
Repeat these words three times.
Bringing your awareness back to the space between your eyebrows,
See a golden light beginning to shine.
Allow the light to fill your body with warmth and serenity.
Feel rest assured that this golden light is full of love.
Allow the energy of this light to expand beyond your body.
Connect this light with the world around you.
Give the light freely without expecting anything in return.
Breathe deeply.
You are relaxed in the light of love.
All that you have touched,
Seen and felt is deeply relaxed by your presence and awareness.
You are love.
You are light.
Healing energy fills your body.
Feel fulfilled.
Feel content.
Feel loved with each wave.
And feel the serene sway of your hammock on the beach.
Hear the waves crashing on the shore.
Become aware again of the sound of your own breath.
Bring your awareness to your body and the present moment,
Knowing that you have empowered yourself with love.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you are ready,
Roll over to your right side.
Slowly sit up and gently open your eyes.
Your practice is complete.
You are wonderful.
