Shiva is that which contains all things. Om Namah Shivaya is a Sanskrit mantra intended to make you feel motivated to create, and be at peace in the process. Om Namah Shivaya translated means, "I invite this energy into my heart." Also, "I am that I am." Namo means to bow.

I really liked this it touched my soul. It’s different to the usual kind of meditation music. Even in only a few minutes I felt my whole body connect and my mind drift. A longer version would be good.
