This helped me so much. The opportunity to give space to my emotions instead of trying to push them away. Acknowledging that they serve a purpose and are a signal of my brain that is designed to help with survival. Your voice is also very soothing, it almost felt like a kind parental figure helping me calm down. Thank you for this meditation <3
