Om Ashatoma Sat Gamaya Tamasoma Jyotir Gamaya Mirtyoma Amritan Gamaya Om Shanti Shanti Shanti This mantra means to lead us from the unreality to reality.

Lead us from darkness to the light of spiritual knowledge.

Lead us from fear of death to the knowledge of immortality.

Om,

Peace,

Peace,

Peace be unto you.

Come to a comfortable standing position.

Close your eyes.

Ground your feet down into the ground and lift the crown of your head towards the ceiling as if there's a string pulling you upwards.

Straighten your back,

Have your chin parallel to the ground.

Close your eyes.

Just focus on you.

Focus on this present moment.

Don't think about anything that's happened prior to this moment right now.

We're here,

Together in this space.

Just breathe.

Really lean forward and put the weight into your toes.

Come forward gently as if you're about to fall onto the floor,

But your body won't let you.

Build that trust in your own body,

In your own weight,

In your own mind.

Lean forward and take a few deep breaths and come back to center.

Slowly lean backwards and put the weight into your heels.

Lean back slightly as if you're falling onto your back.

Again,

This is about trusting yourself,

Trusting your body.

Don't think about anything else.

Don't even think about gravity here.

It's only you and your breath.

And come back to center.

Put all the weight onto your left foot and lean left.

Both feet stay on the ground.

Just lean to your left gently and come back to center.

Breathe in through your nose,

Out through your nose.

Put the weight onto your right foot.

Lean onto your right side as if you're toppling over here.

Both feet remain on the ground.

Just lean right.

Trust yourself.

Trust the process.

And come back to center.

Take a few big inhales through your nose.

Gentle exhales through your nose.

Very slowly raise your right arm to meet your shoulder.

Hold it here parallel to the ground with your palm facing down.

Turn your palm up and slowly,

Gently raise your arm to meet your ear,

Fingertips facing the ceiling.

Elongate your whole body upwards.

Reach your arm to the ceiling.

Feel the nice stretch here.

Hold it for a moment.

As slow as you can,

Lower your arm down to your side body.

Take your time.

Feel the pulse in your arm feel the weight.

Once your arm is lowered to your side,

You can inhale in and raise your left arm parallel to the ground.

Palm facing down.

Take a deep breath in.

Slowly gently raise your arm above your head,

Fingertips facing the ceiling.

Arm extended long.

Take your time to feel the motion here.

Once your arm is fully extended,

Take a few deep breaths in.

Lower your arm as slow as possible back down to your side body.

Focus on you here.

Forget about any external noises.

It's only you.

Two deep breaths here in through your nose,

Out through your nose.

And bring your hands to heart center.

Begin to rub your palms together to create heat between them.

Rub your palms quickly to create fire energy between them.

Once you feel the heat rising between your palms,

Open them up and press your palms gently against your eyelids.

So you feel that heat and that pressure right on your eyes.

Hold it here for a moment.

Just feel this tingling.

Feel your prana,

Your energy changing right now.

Heat building in your body.

After a couple of breaths,

Remove your palms from your face.

Bring them in front of your eyes,

Directly in front of your eyes and open your eyelids.

Only stare at your palms here.

Don't look anywhere else.

Look inward towards yourself,

Not outwards towards the world.

In the palm of your hands lies creation,

Sustenance and destruction.

You have the power within you.

Look inward to find your peace,

Find your center within yourself.

Namaste.
