Welcome,

This is Stefo with The Purpose Meditation for gaining clarity,

Removal of confusion,

The Overthinking Minds Guide to becoming present with the bodies own inner wisdom and intelligence.

So let's get started in a comfortable seated position.

Sit with your spine straight.

An erect spine will produce an erect mind,

A lucid mind.

So please don't slouch.

Lean against the backrest or lie down.

We want to utilize the masculine energy for purpose and clarity and direction.

The masculine energy is the vertical.

The feminine energy is the horizontal.

So again,

Sitting with the spine straight,

Rolling the shoulders back and away from the ears,

Relaxing the stomach,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the jaw,

Relaxing the eyelids.

Let's take three deep breaths to land in the body.

Inhale through the nostrils and exhale through the mouth with a sigh.

And one more.

And the last one.

And just become still,

Breathing in and out through the nostril without adding any pressure or speed.

Just a natural in and out breath through the nostrils.

And slowly your day is dissipating,

All your plans,

Everything you have done up until this point.

None of that is important for right now.

So just pay attention to these next moments here together.

And just be fully here and present.

It might be the only time throughout the day when you will sit with yourself and dedicate this time to your spiritual pursuit and your life purpose.

So start following your breath.

I want you to intently with the power of your mind focus only on the breath and the whole breath.

Follow it carefully from the beginning where you can sense it at the tip of the nose.

Maybe you can feel the coolness of the air entering the nostrils.

Following it down through the throat.

Feeling how the chest is expanding.

Following it all the way down to the stomach.

Feel how the stomach is expanding and puffing out on the inhale.

And then follow it out again.

The stomach is being automatically pulled in.

You are not doing anything with your muscles.

This is just something that happens automatically.

You are just a witness of the breath expanding and collapsing your stomach,

Then your chest.

Following the air out through the throat,

Out through the nostrils.

Continue following your breath.

Pay very close attention to how the air is feeling inside your lungs.

How the chest is expanding,

Collapsing up and down.

So now you are very in touch of the sensation of your breath.

Now trying to see how does this feel in your body.

How does it feel to breathe?

What are some labels,

If you had to put some labels on the sensations,

How would you describe it?

What is alive in your chest as you breathe in your stomach?

You notice expansion maybe,

Contraction,

Some resistance,

Some coolness.

Just see what is there.

And before we can find your purpose through your body's intelligence,

We need to see if there is any confusion present that might be blocking that clarity to show up.

So if you have confusion right now or often in your life,

How does that show up in your body?

Think back to a time when you were very confused,

You didn't know what to decide,

Didn't have any clarity.

Think back to that situation and now try to describe how you felt in your body.

Locate the feeling of confusion in your bodies,

So no stories here,

We don't need to know why you are confused or what's wrong with you or where the confusion is coming from.

Just describe the sensation in the body to yourself and see here what kind of images are appearing,

Sensations,

Where in the body.

And now when you have located this place of confusion in your body,

You can ask this part of yourself because that is not you,

That is not your higher self,

Is not your divine masculine or divine feminine,

That is a confused part of yourself.

Maybe if you can see it as maybe a little child that is confused and you are approaching this child of yours and just ask it,

What do you need?

How can I help you?

I am here to support you and see what it responds to you and whatever it needs,

Just give it that,

Visualize how you give it whatever this part is needing from you right now and then you can tell him or her,

You can trust me,

I am here for you,

Let me guide you,

I have clarity if you let me guide us together.

And now I want you to shift,

Just leave this confused part of yourself for a moment and I want you to think back on a bad situation you had in your life,

It might be very recent or old,

Doesn't matter,

But think back on a horrible situation in your life.

You didn't like that.

You were not happy in this moment.

Just find on situation where you felt really bad,

Could be anything,

Just make sure it is alive in you and now feel that.

Don't make stories but just how did you feel then?

What happened to your body?

How did it feel in your body being in this situation?

I want you to describe this now using at least three words,

Three different words,

Okay?

Could be a contraction,

The stomach or a suffocating in the throat,

You couldn't speak,

Could be pressure in the chest or in the shoulders,

Whatever it is and now say these three words out loud to yourself.

Good.

And now let's continue,

We're leaving this bad situation behind for a moment and we shift to the opposite,

A good situation,

Alright?

So quickly find a good situation in your life,

It could be very recent or very old,

It doesn't matter but a time when you were happy and things were going in the right direction,

There was joy,

You were exuberant,

You were happy,

You were laughing,

Whatever it was,

Just make sure it's alive in you.

Did you find a moment?

Find one moment,

How did you feel then?

What happened inside your body?

Let's go back to the moment,

How did it feel in your body to be happy?

It's different,

Right?

So now describe this feeling,

These sensations you had using at least three words,

Three different words.

Butterflies in the stomach,

Expansion in the heart,

Whatever is there,

Use your own words.

Now say them out loud to yourself,

These three words,

Let them vibrate in your throat and in your chest,

Do it now.

Very good,

What you just experienced is your own inner yes and no,

That's your body wisdom,

Your inner intelligence.

So now you know how it feels when a no is present and when a yes is present,

Alright?

So start listening to your body,

Don't override that answer with your mind,

Don't analyze it,

Don't overthink it,

Just act on your full body yes and also no when you need to set your boundaries and what not to do.

The most important thing is to take the first step and the leap of faith that your own body wisdom can guide you in life.

So if you feel that pull to approach that person and just say hi,

Don't start to overanalyze that and say,

What if they don't like me?

This is creepy.

Who are they to like me,

Who am I?

Don't do that,

Just listen to your body wisdom,

Whatever is occurring in your life and from this place of knowing your intuition and your innate yeses and nos,

Ask yourself the following prompts right now,

Who am I?

What does God or the universe want to do through me?

How can I put my analytic mind and ego aside for letting my purpose act through me?

How can I be an open vessel for my destiny to unfold?

Now see yourself living out your hero's journey,

Knowing that you will face your dragons.

Now see the transformation you will undergo and imagine what you will bring back to yourself,

Your family,

Your community and the world.

Feel the intention,

The joy,

The power and the purpose.

Be willing to go deep into yourself,

Tuning into your heart and notice what resonates for you.

Your body wisdom knows what's best for you.

It's time to listen to it.

Listen to your heart's calling.

Remove your monkey mind to be able to hear it now.

Can you feel the pull?

Can you feel the instinct to gravitate to the next thing you want to do?

Doesn't have to be five years from now,

But it could just be the next thing for today.

What is that next step that you will take that would take you a tiny bit closer to your purpose?

So what if you make the wrong decision?

It's better to make a decision than to going nowhere.

You can always course correct.

Trust yourself,

Your body.

Trust every heart vibration leading you in the right direction.

Imagine expressing yourself,

Standing courageously in your power and trusting yourself and your direction in life.

Feel how good it feels to be on the journey,

Completely trusting yourself.

Now move from vision to decision.

Your body knows your highest purpose and how to express that.

It's all within you.

You have the next step within you.

That will help you get to get closer to fulfilling your current mission.

You've seen it and you've felt it.

Now it's time to declare it.

Do this now.

Commit to giving yourself fully with focus and attention.

Feel the excitement,

The enthusiasm.

Admire yourself for stepping into the vision.

You are ready to transform and do the work necessary to bring this vision into reality.

Light yourself on fire.

Ignite yourself now.

Tapping into the infinite potential.

Feel the power of transformation moving through your body now.

Commit to showing up as your highest self in this moment and the next.

Don't hold back.

Remember life is short and we have lived a good chunk of it already.

It's time to leave our legacy.

It's time to do what we came here to do.

How can you give your gifts in this world as you were meant to do before you're gone in the flesh?

How can you give back to the world?

How can we spread love in this world?

How can we raise consciousness in this world?

Remember doesn't have to be big.

Can be a smile.

Can be to be a good father,

Role model,

To work on yourself.

Help the ocean spreading yoga,

Coaching children's football team,

Teaching about integrity.

And if nothing is coming up for you here in this purpose meditation,

I recommend to take a couple of days in solitude and silence,

In retreat.

Spend two days on a camping ground,

In a tent,

In the forest,

Renting a cabin.

No phone,

No laptop,

No journaling,

No books,

No music.

Just sitting with yourself for two days,

Meditating,

Doing yoga,

Eating what's necessary,

And that's it.

Nothing else.

And I promise you,

In that space,

Your next mission will appear.

Your purpose will come forth.

You will get that pull from your inner intelligence on what to do.

And the confusion will lift and clarity will come to you.

Because we are so distracted,

Social media,

In our daily life,

Work,

Family,

That we never ever get to experience our true self.

So if this meditation didn't bring you all the way,

Try it once again.

Or I challenge you to take two days in solitude and silence to go on a self retreat,

Sending you love and blessings,

As you continue to listen to the call of your heart and live your hero's journey.
