Slope Hello and welcome to this sonic ritual to reconnect with the earth.
I invite you to lay down on the ground or sit comfortably with your feet touching the ground.
Ideally you can listen to this ritual outside in nature with your headphones or speakers.
But if you are not able to be in nature right now,
Then just try to be as comfortable as you can wherever you are and make sure that you touch the ground or that you have a connection with the ground.
And now let's take a couple of deep breaths together into the belly.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And you can make a sound when you exhale like release aside or whatever feels comfortable.
With each breath allow yourself to relax more and more.
Continue to breathe deeply into the belly as you allow yourself to feel the connection with the ground beneath.
I invite you to make a conscious intentional connection with the earth now and at the same time allow your whole body to relax and surrender your body and your weight fully to the ground so that all muscles and all nerves can relax.
All the tension can fade.
There's nothing for you to hold right now.
Just surrender and give yourself fully to the earth.
And feel the embrace and the loving presence of the earth.
And allow yourself to relax even deeper as you are connecting with this loving presence.
As you're sensing that you are held by the earth as one of your children.
And now I invite you to connect even deeper by imagining roots made up of red light growing out of your feet into the earth.
And those roots are energetic connections.
And with your roots now in the earth you can exchange information and you can communicate with the earth.
You are now deeply connected and you can nurture each other.
You can take in her loving energy,
A sense of groundedness,
Stability and safety.
And if you like you can imagine yourself to be a tree that is deeply rooted and connected to the web of life.
And fill yourself up with a couple of breaths filled with this unconditional love,
Care and abundance that mother earth provides to all her children.
Really immerse yourself in that beautiful beautiful loving caring abundant energy.
And notice how your feelings change,
How your body feels different,
How your cells are vibrating in gratitude and joy.
And how you feel more connected and more present.
And more light and more at ease.
And when you feel filled up with those beautiful energies and you feel like really nurtured,
Then it's a good moment now to give back to her and send her codes of light and your love and your gratitude.
And you can do so by connecting with your higher self and with the center of all creation with source itself,
Galactic Central Sun center from the galaxy that is emanating higher frequency light.
And you can draw that light in to your body as you inhale.
And you take it in through your crown and all the way through your body and on the exhale through the roots,
The light travels into the earth.
So you breathe in through your crown above your head,
Take in this higher vibrational light that is coded with blueprint for an update for higher consciousness on the planet.
And you take that light in through your crown and let it go all the way through the body along the spine,
Through your heart and all the chakras until it reaches the roots and on the exhale you send this energy into the earth.
I invite you to imagine the grid of the earth,
An electromagnetic structure that carries information and also broadcasts those informations into the collective consciousness.
You can imagine that it's a radio station,
A divine radio station broadcasting information that is affecting the collective consciousness,
The way how humans feel and think and act and behave.
And you can imagine that this grid is being reprogrammed by the light that you take in and that you send into the earth.
You're upgrading it from a very limited and low vibrational frequency based quality with frequencies like fear,
Hatred,
Anger,
Control and confusion.
Imagine this being transformed into higher frequencies,
Into more harmonious geometric light structures that express themselves into compassion,
Abundance,
Joy,
Creativity and unity.
And feel those qualities.
Allow yourself to connect with how that feels in your body.
How does it feel to be compassionate,
To have an open heart,

To be present without judgment?
And how does it feel to be abundant,

Feeling the connection of all things,
The web of life connecting you with everything else and everybody else,
Seen and unseen.
Really visualize how this grid around the earth,
This electromagnetic structure gets more harmonized and elevated and updated with those beautiful frequencies,
Those beautiful harmonic geometry light codes that you just expressed and created from within.
And now send those feelings around the globe,
Visualize,
However you want to visualize this beautiful energy,
And send it around the globe so that the whole planet is engulfed in this beautiful frequency.
And then take a moment to imagine and visualize how a world and a society would look and feel like if those frequencies would be present everywhere.
How would society change?
How would your life change?
If the main principles would be compassion,
Abundance,
Joy,
Creativity and unity,
How would that world look like based on those divine principles?
How would it feel like to live in such a world?
And allow whatever comes up as a feeling or an image or a thought or an idea.
And know deep within that whatever you can imagine,
You can only imagine because it is already a possible parallel reality existing right here,

And the more we allow ourselves to be in that frequency,
The more we will manifest the reflection of this version of earth where those qualities are already present right here,
