Transcript

Take a deep breath in,

And let it out slowly.

Let your body settle into this moment.

Move your shoulders around.

Wiggle them.

Shake out your arms.

Roll your wrists.

Wiggle your toes.

Move your hips back and forth,

Side to side.

Notice what's beneath you,

What's holding you steady.

Maybe it's the floor.

Maybe it's a chair.

A bed.

Now breathe naturally.

Notice that breath.

What it feels like as it comes into your body.

What it feels like as it leaves.

Now bring your attention to your chest.

Place your hands over your heart.

And move them gently back and forth.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest.

Imagine the openness inside.

That sense of space.

Breathe into that space.

Now turn your attention to the space just behind your forehead.

Notice if there's any tension there.

Wiggle your eyebrows.

Move your eyes around.

Allow that forehead space to soften.

I imagine that your forehead is a window.

A window that's been painted hard shut.

Layered over with shoulds,

Rules,

Routine,

Rigidity.

Now in this moment,

The window begins to slide open.

Slides open easily,

Smoothly.

Now as it opens,

You feel a cooling breeze right behind your forehead.

With that breeze comes a deep stillness that fills that space.

Rest your attention here for a moment.

Soften any tension in your face,

Your jaw,

Your eyes.

Especially that forehead space.

Now return to your heart.

Place your hand on your chest and puff it out a little bit gently.

Putting your heart first and foremost into the world.

Imagine what it would feel like to let your heart lead you around the world.

Picture your heart stepping gently outside of your body.

Bright,

It's alive,

It's loving.

Just see it there in front of you.

Imagine that it reaches for your hand and begins to lead the way.

Maybe it whispers.

Let's go this way.

Trust this invitation today.

Trust the way your heart shows you where to go.

Where to place your gifts,

Your time,

Your attention,

Your energy,

Your resources.

Trust that your heart knows exactly where and how to let your creation flow.

You don't need to plan.

You don't need to force.

You don't need to push.

Your heart knows where to go next.

Your natural talent will find their place.

Your peace,

Your contentment will come,

Letting your heart lead today.

Now notice your breath again.

Notice what it feels like to breathe in and out of your body.

Take one more deep breath in.

Out.

As you come back to the space around you,

Carry this feeling with you.

The ability to follow your heart,

Your flow,

The courage to follow your beauty.

And the contentment of simply pain.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
