We share an emotional energy with everything that exists.
Every animal,
Every plant,
Everything that exists has feeling.
We can tell when our dog or cat is hungry or thirsty,
Tired or happy or scared.
All of the emotions that we have,
We have the ability to see those emotions in other things that exist.
The same instincts that animals have to find food when they're hungry,
To find water when they're thirsty,
To sleep when they're tired.
We all have the same inherent instincts,
The same feelings,
The same energy.
We all crave the same stability and balance in our lives.
So why do we allow ourselves to believe we're alone,
As though no one else understands exactly what we're experiencing,
When truly we're all experiencing the same exact emotions.
It just happens at different times.
So the fact that we're all experiencing the same feelings and energy and emotion should make us feel connected,
Should bring us closer together.
So instead of believing that we're separate from things around us,
That we're different from the people around us,
Today acknowledge that everything I feel,
You feel.
Everything that we feel inside is connecting us with everything around us.
So think of the common connections,
The common feelings,
All of the things that connect us with everything that exists in our space and allow that connection to support,
To encourage,
To empower,
So that we never feel alone,
We always feel connected.
And it starts with the connection at our heart center,
The connection through our mind,
The connection through our actions,
And all of those connections are communicated through a feeling.
