Judgment is robbing us of our ability to connect with the people around us.
When we spend time in judgment,
We're isolating ourselves,
Separating ourselves from others.
And the irony is,
At the same time we're separating ourselves,
We're actually intruding.
We're intruding into other people's minds.
We're intruding on other people's privacy.
When we impose judgments on others,
We're intruding into their ability to express themselves freely.
Whether or not we share that judgment with them verbally,
It's shared energetically.
It's in that disapproving facial expression.
It's in the block that we create in the connection by imposing judgment on someone else.
Our work in this life is to evolve our knowledge,
Our awareness,
Our sense of being.
Not to psychoanalyze others.
The only possible way that judgment is beneficial to us is if we identify an attribute in someone else that helps us to improve ourselves.
So if we notice something that teaches us about ourselves,
Well then that might help us to improve.
But if we notice something that's just rooted in a judgment to separate us from someone else,
All that does is isolate us.
Our work is not to judge,
Critique,
Compare.
There's no benefit to psychoanalyzing anyone else.
The work instead is to improve ourselves.
Avoid judgment.
Avoid comparisons.
And instead focus on improvement.
Improving ourselves so that we become the example of the energy we wish for the world.
Blessings,
Blessings,
Blessings.
