Hello,
I'm Kara of Spirit and Lotus and welcome to today's Chakra Meditation.
Our practice today will be focused on balancing and harmonizing our chakras.
As you are here to settle in here,
Get comfortable,
Allow your body and mind to take rest.
In this moment,
Accept yourself as you are.
Thank yourself for taking the time to heal today.
Take a long,
Deep inhale here,
Pause and hold your breath in at the top,
And then gently exhale through your mouth,
Releasing all tension and stress.
Keep repeating this simple breathing practice a few more times on your own,
Inhaling,
Pausing and holding your breath in,
And then exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Throughout this meditation,
You may become distracted by thoughts or a noise outside.
When or if you do,
Just simply bring yourself back to your breath without judgment about your thoughts or the noise.
Stay with your breath here.
Keep following every inhalation and exhalation.
Just allow your breath to be an experience.
Our chakras are the seven main energy centers in our body.
Our chakras run along our spine,
Beginning with our root chakra,
Located around our tail bone.
And our chakras flow up to the crown chakra,
Just above our head.
The chakras are responsible for physical,
Intellectual,
Emotional,
And spiritual balance.
Today's practice will include visualization and affirmations,
Allowing us to heal and balance each energy center,
Bringing all of your chakras back into alignment.
Take this moment to settle in a little bit deeper.
Relax your jaw and your shoulders.
Soften your hips and let go of any final tension in the body.
Feeling the vital life force energy flowing with through you on every breath.
Setting your intention now to receive any energy that is for your highest and best good.
Allow all of your chakras to be realigned.
Let's begin by breathing into the base of our spine.
And throughout this meditation,
Just notice where you feel the most release or the most response.
Every day is different.
So just be aware of what your chakras are telling you today.
Breathing into your root chakra at the base of your spine.
This chakra resonates with the color red.
So visualizing a beautiful bright red color swirling around this space.
This chakra is connected to our physical needs,
Survival,
Security,
Family,
Our sense of belonging.
So breathe into your root.
Allow your breath to soften and expand your root chakra.
Bathing your root with red.
Allow this energy to ground you in the here and now.
Let your root take what it needs.
As you silently repeat the healing mantras for the root chakra.
I am deeply rooted here.
I am safe.
I am nourished and supported by Mother Earth.
I love my body and trust its wisdom.
I am financially free.
I trust myself.
I am always protected.
Breathing into your red root chakra.
And then when you're ready,
Gently moving your awareness to your lower abdomen and breathe into your sacral chakra.
This chakra resonates with the color orange.
So visualizing a beautiful bright orange swirling from your lower abdomen back to your spine.
This chakra is connected to our sexuality,
Our emotional intelligence,
Creativity.
Breathe into your sacral.
Allow this energy center to soften and expand on your breath.
As you bathe your sacral with orange,
Allow this energy to help you embrace change with ease.
Letting your sacral take what it needs.
As you silently repeat the mantras for the second chakra.
I am in touch with my feelings and my emotions are balanced.
I attract people who treat me with respect.
I receive pleasure and abundance in every breath I take.
I am creative,
Passionate and inspired.
I honor my feelings and my body.
Breathing into your orange sacral chakra.
And then when you're ready,
Gently moving your awareness to your navel center.
Breathing into your third chakra,
Your solar plexus.
This chakra resonates with the color yellow.
Moving in a beautiful bright yellow color into your belly button.
This chakra is connected to transformation,
Personal power,
Self-esteem,
Inner child.
So breathe into your solar plexus.
Allow your solar plexus to soften and expand on your breath.
As you bathe your solar plexus with yellow,
Inviting in this beautiful energy that's nurturing your inner child and your self-esteem.
Allow your solar plexus to take what it needs here.
As you repeat the mantras for the solar plexus chakra.
I feel my own power.
The fire within me burns away any blocks or fears.
I am empowered.
I can do everything that I desire.
I am confident and strong.
I release judgment of myself and others.
I am manifesting easily and gracefully.
Breathing into your yellow solar plexus chakra.
And then when you're ready,
Gently moving your awareness up to the center of your chest and breathing into your heart chakra.
Connecting to either the color green or the color pink.
Whatever feels right for you today.
Your heart chakra is connected to unconditional love,
Forgiveness,
Compassion.
Breathe into your heart space.
Allow your heart to soften and expand on your breath.
As you bathe your heart with green or pink,
Allow the healing energy to balance the love for both ourselves and others.
Letting your heart take what it needs.
As you repeat the mantras for the heart chakra.
I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
I am at peace.
I forgive myself and I forgive others.
My heart is filled with love and light.
I am love.
I am grateful for all of the love in my life.
Breathing into your green or pink heart chakra.
And then when you're ready,
Gently moving your awareness up to the center of your neck,
Breathing into your throat chakra.
This chakra resonates with the color blue and is connected to communication,
Self-expression.
This chakra is also associated with hearing.
So just bathing your throat chakra with a beautiful sky blue.
Breathing into your throat,
Letting it soften and expand on your breath.
As you breathe into your throat and bathe your throat with blue,
Allow the energy to soften the need for control.
Allowing your throat chakra to take what it needs here.
As you repeat the mantras for the throat chakra.
I hear and speak the truth.
I am expressing myself with clear intent.
I communicate my feelings with ease.
My voice is worthy of being listened to.
I always speak from the heart.
I am aligned with my highest truth.
Breathing into your blue throat chakra.
And then when you're ready,
Gently floating your awareness to the center of your forehead and breathing into your third eye.
This chakra resonates with the color indigo,
A dark bluish purple color.
And this chakra is connected to our intuition,
Our wisdom.
Breathing into your third eye.
As you bathe your third eye with indigo,
Allow this energy to open yourself up to the divine wisdom and knowledge of the universe.
Allow your third eye to soften and expand on your breath.
Letting your third eye take what it needs.
As you repeat the mantras for the third eye chakra.
All that I need is within me.
I am insightful,
Intuitive and imaginative.
I trust my inner wisdom to guide and protect me.
I am connected to my higher self.
Breathing into your indigo third eye.
And then when you're ready,
Gently moving your awareness to just above your crown,
Breathing into your crown chakra here.
This chakra resonates with the color violet,
A light purple or a white color.
Just inviting a light purple or white light into this space,
Breathing into your crown.
This chakra is connected to our oneness and its life lesson is selflessness.
Breathe into your crown.
As you bathe your crown with violet,
Allow that energy to expand your consciousness and raise your vibration.
Breathing into your crown.
Allowing your crown to take what it needs as you repeat the mantras for the seventh chakra.
I honor my body as the temple of my soul.
I am divinely guided and inspired.
I am one with the universe.
I am light.
I am calm and connected.
Now invite all of the colors of the rainbow around you.
Breathing into your red root chakra,
Your orange sacral chakra,
Breathing into your yellow solar plexus chakra,
Breathing into your pink or green heart chakra,
Into your blue throat chakra,
Breathe into your indigo third eye chakra,
Breathe into your violet crown chakra.
Allow yourself to take what you need and leave the rest behind.
Now I want you to visualize a beautiful gold healing bubble of light.
Allow this light to surround you and your aura and all of your chakras completely.
Allow this light to protect you,
Let it bring you peace.
And in this moment just sealing in all of the healing that we've done today,
Closing down your chakras,
Just having the intention is enough here.
And start to deepen your breath now.
Coming back into your physical body,
Slowly coming back to the ebb and flow of your breath.
Coming back to your center,
Breathe into your core and say to yourself,
I am perfect just as I am.
Allow the energy of those words to heal your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit.
Take as much time as you need to come back into the room.
