Hello and welcome to your guided meditation on finding your perfect shield.
So this guided meditation will take you in and help you distinguish what the best shield for your energetic protection is.
Please give yourself about 10 to 15 minutes of space to complete this meditation and feel free to pause the recording at this time to go and get yourself set up in a comfortable position that you can hold for 10 to 15 minutes.
And grab a notebook and a pen if you like to jot things down after your meditation.
Let's begin.
First start by closing your eyes,
Relaxing your shoulders down and away from your ears,
Allowing your body to relax and just take a nice deep breath in and release any tension to release your body.
Deep breath in and release,
Allowing yourself to continue to release any tension from your body,
From your neck,
From your back,
Allowing your hands to fall open.
One more deep breath in and release.
And just as you're releasing,
Allowing yourself to start falling in and back.
As you continue to relax,
Just let go of the attachment that you have to your physical body.
Allow your breathing to resume its natural rhythm.
Just stay connected through the breath,
Following the in and the out.
Continue to let yourself fall in and back and allow yourself to start moving in the darkness behind your eyelids.
Allow yourself to feel that weightlessness,
That buoyancy.
And just notice that you are moving.
It may be completely black.
There may be lights.
There may be different colors.
And at some point,
As you're just observing and moving,
You will notice that you have stopped.
And as you open your internal eyes,
You will notice that you have arrived in your sacred space.
And this sacred space is yours and yours alone.
And this is a perfect place that you carry with you at all times that allows you to be able to observe and notice the internal weather of your being.
This is a space that allows you to come in and connect with your guides or any other beings with which to trade knowledge.
And it also allows you a chance to practice,
Learn and develop your skills.
What I would ask you to do is just take a moment to observe your surroundings.
And if this is your first time here,
Just notice what's inside.
And if you've been here before,
Just take a second and see if anything's changed,
If there's anything new or different.
And as you're looking around,
I would just ask you to tune in to the feelings of safety,
Security,
And support that always fill your sacred space.
Nothing is allowed in here without your express permission.
And as soon as you tell something to leave,
It will.
So again,
Just tuning into those feelings of safety,
Security,
And support.
And I just want you to look around and see if there is a comfortable place where you can sit or stand if that's what you prefer.
And I just want you to now ask your higher self,
Who is always with you,
Always connected,
Always speaks to you through your intuition and through your emotional guidance system,
To just help you with a visualization.
And I'd like you to invite your higher self to just show you what the best protective shield for your energetic needs right now is.
And for you to just acquire that information in whatever way it comes to you so you may feel this protective shield,
You may see it,
You may hear it or sense it in a different way.
You may just know what it is.
But just take a couple of minutes and absorb that information and allow yourself to practice putting it into place and feeling the difference in your energy when the shield is on.
And when the shield is off.
I'm just going to give you a couple of minutes to practice that.
You may do so now.
And as you become more and more comfortable with the technique of shielding,
You can come back to your sacred space anytime you wish,
And ask if there is anything new or different that is best to use to protect your energy at that time.
This may change as often as daily.
Or you may feel comfortable with the same protective shield for a long period of time.
Use your intuition and the information from your higher self to guide you.
And you can come back here anytime to practice this skill as well.
At this time if you would like to give thanks or gratitude to your higher self for helping you learn a new skill,
You may do so now.
And then I would ask that you just take one last final look around your sacred space.
Breathe in those feelings of safety,
Security,
Protection,
And support.
Wish your higher self well.
And slowly allow your sacred space to fade as you begin to come up and out.
Just allow yourself to come back into awareness of your physical body,
Coming in on the breath,
And wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Move your head around on your neck,
Shift your body.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
And now that you have this beautiful tool with which to protect yourself,
You can add this piece in to your morning ritual as you cut,
Cleanse,
Ground,
And protect every day.
