A quick caution, because I found it fabulous otherwise -
Only listen to this with headphones if you are, as I am, hypersensitive to various frequencies when they come into direct contact with the entire physical body. Normally I listen with headphones but as this did not contain frequencies that I have learned alter my alertness significantly, I listened to it while driving to work. Alertness was fine throughout. I felt deep pressure on my lower sinuses, solar plexus, and started having a mild flare up of my (under medical care and not worrisome, just irritating) arrhythmia. I did not have it incredibly loud, just enough to hear well over road noise. As a long time meditator and former professional audio engineering, I found this phenomenon fascinating. I can see where it would be an unexpected concern for some, though. That said, I am bookmarking this to listen to again with only headphone in an attempt to duplicate the experience. Mentally I feel much clearer and more centered, which was the whole point, and in this it succeeded admirably. So enjoy - but use headphones if you are susceptible to intense bodily reactions as your body and sound waves make direct contact. ❤️🤲❤️
