Let's take a full breath in through the nose.

Audible clearing,

Exhale out through the mouth.

Twice more,

Just like that.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

One more full breath in.

Deepest breath yet.

Audible exhale out through the mouth and release.

Put your eyes to close if they're not already.

Allow the sounds of the bowls to wash over you for the next 30 minutes.
