Let's allow the energy to work for you.
If you're currently holding a lot of unwanted energy,
Pay attention to the sounds.
Allow the sounds to help guide you in a new direction.
We could help change the energy as well through breathing.
So taking a moment to take a deep inhale in through the nose and a slow exhale out through the mouth.
Taking a slow,
Deep inhale again through the nose and a gentle exhale out through the mouth.
Give yourself permission to relax and sit back and feel comfortable during the sound meditation.
Allow any thoughts that come up to flow freely,
To observe them and to let them pass.
Allow the sounds to take you on a journey.
Feel free to continue your breathing exercises at any moment during the sound meditation.
