This little soul song is an honest expression of feeling totally overwhelmed with emotions.
At the risk of feeling a little vulnerable , I am being totally honest with you all.
I was at the breaking point one day, just feeling like I wanted to scream, and instead I picked up my guitar and just started singing this song. I concluded that this song would be a healthier expression of my feelings and maybe resonate with a few others in a time of overwhelming feelings.
