Welcome.
This is Empress C here with you today to practice a meditation for regeneration and rejuvenation of yourselves.
I'd like to invite you to get into a relaxed position and inhale raising your shoulders and exhale as you lower your shoulders and roll them back.
Relax into the seat that you are sitting and place your feet firmly on the ground.
Raise your crown up to the divine and slightly lower your chin.
Imagine your golden cord of life extending through you from Gaia Mother Earth and connecting you to the divine higher powers that be.
As we all know we are simply energy,
A mass of trillions of cells coming together to form our physical beings.
I'd like you to take a deep breath in and exhale and in again and exhale and imagine all of your trillions of cells floating off into the ethers for regeneration.
Continue to breathe in,
Breathing in nourishment of Gaia Mother Earth for four and breathe out anything that is not serving you for eight.
Breathing in again for four,
Anything that you would like to receive today and breathing out for eight,
Anything that's not serving you.
Breathing in again for four,
May I receive peace,
Love,
Whatever that may be for you.
Breathing out and letting go or anything that's not serving you.
Any chatter from the ego mind that comes up,
Give thanks for its presence and simply let it go.
All your cells are being rejuvenated.
Using your conscious mind,
Repeat after me out loud or silently.
I am love.
I have peace.
I have prosperity.
I am enough.
I am love.
I have peace.
I have prosperity.
I am enough.
I am love.
I have peace.
I have prosperity.
I am enough.
Continue to breathe while your cells are replenishing.
Take this time to love and appreciate yourself.
Let go of your fears,
Let go of any concerns,
Any upset that you may have.
Let it all go.
Now I'd like you to imagine a disc of violet light placed gently on your crown,
Forming into a funnel and connecting your golden cord of life to you that we talked about earlier.
Now recall all of your rejuvenated cells to feed through your crown via your cord of life,
Passing through your first eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Sacrum and root chakras,
Inviting only good vibrations and unconditional love to flow through you.
Thank your old cells for serving you as they have as your new cells replenish your body.
To welcome these new cells,
I invite you to smile.
Raise your cheeks high and show your teeth.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Start to be aware of your body.
Bring your awareness back into the room and the seat that you are on.
Allowing your crown to close and your golden cord of life to go back into Mother Earth until you call upon it again.
Thank your higher self and spirit guides that love you unconditionally for bringing you peace,
Love,
Truth,
Integrity,
Forgiveness and respect as you travel on your journey.
I ask that you remain present for yourself and be inspired to receive what you are supposed to receive.
May you have the clarity and love that you desire.
And now slowly bring your hands together in a prayer position over your heart.
