
True You

This deep meditation will reconnect you with your "true you". It will help you release what is keeping you feeling lost, stuck, in a rut, or ungrounded. As a result, you will feel refreshed, excited, whole, lighter, and cleansed of the things that don’t serve you. Realign your mind, body and soul.
Transcript
When I spend more than 60 hours no one knows you or your mother nor your kids.
Mooji Take a moment to get comfortable,
Whether that be sitting in a chair,
Feet flat on the floor,
Hands resting in your lap or by your side.
Now close your eyes.
Take a few breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Continue with this breath or whatever breath makes you feel the most comfortable.
Continue to find that all the muscles in your body will relax.
Your facial muscles will relax.
Your arms will relax.
Your legs will relax.
Your whole body will let go.
Now slowly open your eyes.
I want you to look at a spot in front of you.
Look at it as though you are looking through it.
Look at the spot in front of you in a vague and dreamy way,
Allowing yourself to go into a sound and peaceful restful state.
In a moment I'm going to count down from 20 to 1.
And when I count down from 20 to 1,
On each count you will then close your eyes and open them.
With each number I say,
Your eyes will close,
Then immediately open,
And sometime before I reach the number 1,
Maybe at 12,
Maybe at 5,
Your eyes will close and stay closed and you will go into a deep,
Sound and peaceful rest.
Now let your muscle groups relax.
Your face is relaxed.
Your arms are relaxed.
Your legs are relaxed.
Your whole body has let go and it completely relaxes.
20,
Close your eyes,
Then open them.
19,
Close and open your eyes.
18,
Continue to close and open your eyes with each count.
17,
Eyelids are getting heavy.
16,
Your jaw is relaxing,
Dropping towards your chest.
15,
Eyelids are wanting to stay closed.
14,
Don't resist,
Let them close.
13,
If your eyes are still opening and closing,
Let your eyes grow heavy.
12,
Your facial muscles are feeling fatigued and softened.
11,
Your eyelids are feeling like cement.
10,
Your eyes are surrendering.
9,
Oh so heavy.
8,
Face is relaxing and falling forward or to the side.
7,
It takes too much effort to keep your eyes open,
Let them close.
6,
Don't fight it,
Let them stay closed.
5,
It is like your eyelids are glued together.
4,
It feels good to be this relaxed.
3,
Wonderfully relaxed.
2,
You are at a sound and restless state.
1,
Keep those eyes closed and go deep into relaxation.
Now go back to a time,
A time when you embodied your true self.
You embodied your true self with grace,
Ease,
Flow,
Confidence and joy that came easily and perhaps automatically.
See this version of you with ease,
Grace and confidence.
It may be a younger version of yourself.
Go with the first thing that comes to your mind.
Or if you can't bring forth a particular time from your past,
Imagine a situation in your life that you may have been this person,
Being your true self.
Or imagine what it would be like to be your true self.
What does this true you,
Filled with grace,
Ease,
Confidence,
Joy,
Feel like?
Notice body sensations.
Is there a lightness to how she moves?
How she looks?
How she stands?
How she shows up to the world?
Now see your true you stand at the bottom of a hill.
The true you at the bottom of the hill is looking up towards the top of the hill.
As the true you looks up the hill,
There is an imaginary line that travels from the bottom of the hill to the top of the hill.
Looking up the hill,
You notice that the line is actually a timeline.
You see versions of yourself at different ages moving up the line.
As you look further up the hill,
You will see versions of yourself at each big milestone until you reach the top of the hill.
Directly in front of you at the bottom of the hill is a version of you as a baby.
And as you move up the line,
You will see yourself as a toddler,
A preschooler,
A young child,
A teenager,
Young adult,
And into adulthood.
At the top of the hill stands the present day version of you.
Now you will see the true you with all your grace,
Ease,
And confidence who is at the bottom of the hill start to float above the line,
Getting a bird's eye view of everything below.
Feel the relaxation of being weightless,
Floating and gazing down at your life.
Let whatever images and sounds come,
Whether they are clear or vague,
Your subconscious will provide you with exactly what is needed at this time.
Stare down at each version of yourself.
At which age do you think you were the furthest from your true,
Authentic you?
At which age were you the furthest from your true,
Authentic you in the way you acted,
Spoke,
Or made decisions?
Take a moment to scan each version of yourself on the line.
Take a moment to hover over the different versions of you until you find the one that you were most drawn to.
Hover over her.
It may not be clear why you gravitated to her.
If at any point this version of you does not seem like the right version to receive a healing,
You're welcome to float over to another version and hover over her.
Now hover over the selected version of yourself and look her in the eyes.
Even hold her hands.
Not meeting her where she is at.
What feelings is she currently holding?
Is there a heaviness,
Emptiness,
Or denseness to her being at this time?
Tell her that she is loved,
Worthy,
Deserving of all things she desires.
Tell her that she is good enough.
What does she need to hear,
See,
Or do?
Give her what she needs at this stage in her life.
How does she need to be soothed or taken care of?
What is it that she is lacking in this moment of time?
Is she settling or playing small in an area of her life?
Now tell her that everything will be okay.
Everything will work out and it is okay to fail.
She can let go now.
Is there something that she needs to do to take her control back?
Does she need to give herself permission?
Is there something she needs to know is possible?
See the old versions of you on that line shed anything that is holding them back.
See the unneeded aspects of yourself leave.
See the walls come down.
See the burdens lift.
See the words,
Comments,
Memories,
Thoughts from the past melt away.
Tell these unneeded aspects of yourself that they may leave.
Their job is done.
They no longer need to protect you.
Tell them they can go.
Now envision putting them all in a crystal ball.
Put these unneeded aspects of yourself in this ball.
If they are resistant to leave and not wanting to enter the crystal ball,
Tell them again,
I no longer need you.
You no longer protect me.
You can go.
See the unwanted emotions baggage into the ball,
Cleansing,
Purifying,
Creating space within.
If there are still emotions that are resistant to leave,
You may need to imagine that the crystal ball is a vacuum and it can suck the stuck emotions out.
As old aspects of yourself are leaving,
Does your subconscious reveal any insight into the root of these emotions and why they are there?
If you can't fully shed all the unneeded aspects of yourself today,
That is okay.
Once the unneeded aspects of yourself are in the crystal ball,
See the ball float away,
Transforming into a vibrant ball of light.
See it float high above the earth.
It may even continue to float until it becomes a star,
A ball or star that shines so bright it is forever looking down at you,
So proud of the version you are growing into.
Once you have seen the ball of unneeded aspects of yourself float away,
You will then see a light form inside of you.
See your self-love,
Confidence,
Worth and an unwavering belief in yourself grow and expand within you.
Embody the belief that all you desire is possible.
Take a moment to integrate the aspects that would make you feel authentic,
Complete,
Whole.
See it radiate,
Confidence,
The ability to make decisions and follow instincts in your intuition.
Fill your heart with love,
Worthiness.
See it happen.
See yourself transform.
See your authenticity shine.
See the self-love,
Joy,
Self-confidence,
Self-esteem glowing and radiating from your being.
This is the true you shining through.
Once you see this transformation occur,
See the aspects of yourself that you embody spread and flow into all versions of you.
See the transformation spread to each version of yourself on the timeline.
See each version of yourself on the timeline transform.
As the healing spreads up and down the hill,
Ensuring that the healing reaches the present day you.
Take a moment to float up or down the line and see and feel the healing and transformation that has occurred.
See your true self integrate into all ages.
A bright white glowing ball of incredible light is now shining from inside each version of yourself.
With each exhale you take,
See the light within each version of you getting brighter and brighter,
Wider and wider until it fills each version of yourself.
This is your true essence.
Now see how this transformation has impacted your future.
Does the present day authentic you?
Free from old emotions,
Walls,
Burdens.
Look,
Feel or act different.
I want you to take a moment and complete any final integrations or changes or healings that you need to make.
In a moment I will count to five.
And at the count of five you will be fully awake.
By the time I get to five your mind will be clear and alert.
Let yourself focus on the sound of my voice.
Focusing on the sound of my voice you will feel lighter and more alive.
You will feel wonderful in every way.
The better you feel the more you will feel better.
Now each time you enter a hypno journey you will go into it much easier and much deeper.
You will be the person you want to be.
One you are starting to emerge from the hypno journey.
Two you are feeling wonderful.
Three your mind is clear and alert.
Four your eyes are starting to open.
Five your eyes are almost fully open.
Now feeling awake and fine in every way.
Five your eyes are almost fully open.
Six your mind is open.
Seven your mind is open.
Eight your mind is open.
Nine your mind is open.
Ten your mind is open.
Six your mind is open.
