Hello there,
My name is Taylor Allen and welcome to this guided meditation.
I want you to just let a big breath out right now,
Just a big.

That's right,
Yes.
Just feel all the tingling in your body,
All the energy that's rushing and flowing through every part of you with eyes closed,
Another big breath in and out.
Yeah.
Wiggle your fingers a little bit.
I want you to breathe into the base of your fingertips.
Right now,
After these breaths and shaking them,
They should feel alive.
You should feel a bright energy there.
Yes,
So go ahead and wiggle those a little bit more.
Deep breath in and out.
I want you to place your palms facing upward.
Deep breath in and out.
And I want you to just picture the most beautiful positive white light coming in through the top of your crown chakra.
Oh,
And it fills you.
Let out a little giggle.
It fills your entire body with that beautiful,
Fantastic angel energy.
It's just coming in,
Coming down from source into your body.
Oh,
And there's that friendly tingle again in the tips of your fingertips.
Now at this point,
If you want,
You can rock back and forth a little bit.
This is just letting go of any little stuck or frustrated or tight energy that is left in your body.
Deep breath in and out.
Today we are going to call upon the archangel Raphael.
He is the archangel of healing and as he comes in through our body and our consciousness,
We're just reminded of all the incredible things that our body does for us.
Our body is an incredible source of healing.
Our body at every moment is working so hard to ensure that we survive.
So let's take a deep breath in and out and just thank your body so much.
Sometimes I like to visualize the different parts of myself as almost little cartoon characters that are just working so hard to keep everything going inside of me.
And I just want to say a big thank you to them and extend that thank you to you listening.
You can also go thank you to all of your parts that work so,
So,
So,
So hard.
Deep breath in and out.
You can move your lower body a little bit again,
Just get really rooted in who you are.
Beautiful.
And now I'd like to bring a slight smile to your lips.
Just at that beautiful contentness of being alive.
It's such a joy that we are able to walk this planet and it is so beautiful that you have the experience to do so and you're doing it in a time where all of us are afforded the ability to be able to go outside and experience nature.
Even when things seem their darkest,
And they do,
And we all have that shadow work that we go through,
Myself included,
Even when we're going through that,
If you can just find a way to open your eyes and just look closely at one thing in your home.
Can be a candle,
A fork,
Can be looking out your window.
But just looking and really peering and seeing that object and looking at how the light reflects on the surface.
It'll give you a beautiful appreciation in a way that you may never have felt before.
Deep breath in and out.
So with this appreciation that you now have for your body,
Remembering all that it does for you,
And a deep appreciation for being alive at this moment,
We're just going to bring our hands to our heart and say thank you.
Thank you to the divine presence who allows us to be at this moment and to the divinity within us that allows us to live and experience joy and mirth and happiness.
We just want to salute you and applaud you and ask you to come forward to lead us and to guide us right now at this time.
Deep breath in and out.
Picturing again that positive energy that's coming in through the top of your head.
Just mixing with all this joy that we now feel and this aliveness in your body and this success that your body has the beautiful healing that it's always doing the constant regenerating of cells mixed with this beautiful positive white light.
We take a deep breath in and out.
We say thank you again.
Thank you to ourselves.
Now we say thank you to our emotions.
Thank you for guiding us.
Emotions are so often misunderstood.
I myself in the times of my past have looked at them so negatively,
Wanting just to be enlightened.
But our emotions can be guiding posts for us.
And if we can learn to talk to our emotions to see them when they come up and just ask them what wisdom we can gain from them.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Then we can see that their intention is just to help and to heal us.
Using the scariest,
Darkest emotion,
Its intention only is to guide us to the right path.
We bring our hands to our heart and we say thank you.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Thank you so much for guiding us and lending us wisdom for showing us our path.
Bring our hands to our knees again.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
We feel a clarity of mind.
It's a beautiful sensation when our mind is just allowed to be at ease.
And as we've honored our body,
Right now our mind is at ease.
It's almost like a sunlit meadow that has no obstructions,
No trees,
No buildings.
It's just a meadow.
It's clear.
It's bright.
It's empty.
We look at this clarity in our mind and we just make the commitment to ourselves saying,
I want to live here.
I want to be here more often.
And we revel in that feeling.
I'm going to give you a couple minutes just to be there now.
