Follow Your Light - Guided Meditation

Within you there is a safe space where the dark turns to light and light turns to love. Deep inside your heart is a warm and unique guiding light that knows the way. It's your beacon which can shine light on the darkest of days and support you when you need it most. It's a place without judgement and a place you can call home. Together, let's turn your light on so you can shine today. Music includes low alpha brain entrainment (binaural beats) and frequencies aligned to the heart chakra.

Gratitude and compassion for the person you really are.
