Hello and welcome to this meditation today.
My name is Sula.
And I'd like you to notice the parts of the body that are making contact with the ground.
And maybe wiggle those parts just really identifying them and noticing how connected to Mother Earth you are,
They are.
And take a deep inhale into your belly and move your breath into your heart space.
And just let the breath go.
Again,
Breathing into your belly,
Drawing the breath up back into your heart space.
Let it expand here.
And then slowly release the breath.
Breathing back into your belly again.
And then moving the breath into your heart space and placing your palms on your heart.
One palm on top of the other.
And with another breath in,
I am confident.
And then exhale.
Breathe in,
I am clear.
And a long exhale.
Breathe in,
I am connected.
And exhale.
Breathe in,
I am radiant.
Breathe in,
I am creative.
And then breathe in,
I am curious.
And let the breath go.
Breathe in,
I am compassionate.
Release the breath.
Breathe in,
I am calm and grounded.
And breathe in,
I am courageous.
Just feel your body filling up with this beautiful,
Powerful energy,
Your core energy.
And begin to move it all the way up to your crown,
To the top of your head.
And swirl it all the way down your spine towards your torso.
And move this energy down towards the soles of your feet.
And then draw this energy back up to the crown of your head.
And then circling it all the way down to your feet.
Take another deep breath,
Deep inhale,
And let this energy permeate deep within your body.
