Hello and welcome to this past life regression meditation.
This practice can be incredibly transformative and powerful,
And yet sometimes those feelings can be quite overwhelming.

When you're ready to begin,
Please find a comfortable space,
Lying down,
Making sure you aren't going to be disturbed.
Allow your body to settle,
Close your eyes,
And take a deep breath in,
And slowly exhaling.
With each breath,
Feeling your body relaxing,
Your mind softening,
Your heart opening.
This is your sacred time,
A journey within.
And as you breathe,
Knowing that your breath is your anchor into safety,
And at any moment you may return to the present simply by opening your eyes.
You are in control.
And throughout this journey,
Your guides,
Angels,
And higher self surround you in love and protection.
Taking another deep breath into the belly,
Filling the chest,
And exhaling fully.
Allowing a golden light to fill your body,
A protective light that shields,
Guides,
And holds you in this space.
And with each breath,
That light shines brighter.
It becomes more powerful and more deeply connected to you.
Every part of your body is melting,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
Surrendering to this process,
Surrendering to the journey,
Preparing for the descent.
You can feel yourself descending.
Sinking into that dark space beneath your eyelids,
And opening up your inner eye,
There is a beautiful staircase leading gently downwards before you.
And at the bottom of these stairs lies a door,
A doorway to your soul's memories.
With each number I count,
You will take a step down.
And with every step,
You will feel more and more relaxed.
Stepping down,
Stepping down,
Stepping down.
Nine,
Eight,
Each step taking you down.
Seven,
Calm and safe,
Six,
Five,
Halfway there,
Four,
Three,
Almost at the door.
Two,
Surrounded by light,
One,
You arrive at the bottom,
Standing before a doorway.
This door leads to the memory of a past life that is ready to be revealed to you today.
When you're ready,
Reach out and open the door.
And as you step through,
Notice what appears before you.
What do you see?
Is it clear or do you sense colors,
Feelings,
Impressions?
Take a moment to orient yourself as you close the door behind you.
The door is not locked,
You are safe to return whenever you need to.
Now,
Look down at your feet.
What are you wearing?
Are you wearing shoes,
Sandals,
Or are you barefoot?
Look at your hands.
Are they young,
Old,
Strong,
Or delicate?
Notice the body you inhabit in this lifetime.
Begin to explore the space around you.
Where are you?
Is it a city,
A village,
A forest,
A desert?
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
Allow any images or feelings to arise naturally,
Without judgment or overanalyzing.
Notice if any people surround you.
If anyone means anything to you.
Your interactions with these people.
Now taking a deep breath,
We are going to move forward,
Forward,
Forward,
Forward.
Forward in this past life to an important moment.
You will intuitively be taken to exactly where you need to be.
The story you need to hear.
The time you need to experience.
What is happening?
Who is with you?
What emotions are present?
Take your time witnessing,
Observing,
And remembering.
As you experience this moment,
Ask yourself gently,
What lesson does this past life hold for me?
What wisdom can I carry from this lifetime into my present one?
Is there any pain or karma here that is ready to be released?
If there is an emotional heaviness to this moment,
That is no longer serving you.
Surround this moment in golden light.
Perhaps there is a person from that life,
Who you also know in this one.
Send them love and forgiveness.
Release any contracts or vows or attachments that no longer serve you.
And send loving energy to the contracts that you maintain.
That you respect.
That you hold dear.
And as you send healing wherever it needs to go,
You feel yourself becoming lighter,
Freer,
And more whole.
There is one more place for us to go together.
A place where one more lesson awaits you.
So let's go back.
Experience this next moment.
Feel the emotions that run through you.
Honor the story that is being told.
And notice the lessons as they unfold.
Is there anywhere that you can send love or healing?
Are there any cords that can be cut to help free you from this past life connection?
See where you can direct that golden light.
See what you can let go of.
It's now time for us to return to the present moment.
You are walking back to the doorway.
Turning the handle and stepping through.
Leaving this past life behind,
But carrying the lessons with you.
Begin to climb the staircase once again.
Rising higher with each step.

Slowly returning.
Two,
Feeling your breath.
Three,
Reconnecting to your body.
Four,
Bringing back the wisdom.
Five,
Feeling safe and grounded.

Becoming more aware.

You are fully awake,
Present and back in your body.
Take one final deep intentional breath of gratitude.
I am safe.
I am whole.
I carry the wisdom of my soul with me.
