Hello and welcome to this guided Lemurian meditation.

On your next inhale,
Allowing every single part of that breath to move through your entire being,
And exhaling letting every single piece go.

Completely soft and open,

You are standing on the edge of a golden beach.
Soft sand beneath your feet.
The salty breeze gently brushing against your skin.
And before you is the vast turquoise ocean that stretches into the horizon.
This is the sea of Lemuria.
As you step forward into the water,
Each footfall,
Each press of the sole of your foot into the soft sand activates a memory,
A knowing.
You are walking into the frequency of your own soul.
Of lifetimes lived as a healer,
A priestess,
A water bearer,
A wisdom keeper of the divine feminine.
And as you wade in deeper,
The water welcomes you.
It holds you.

And as you sink beneath the waves,
Continuing to breathe with ease,
You allow yourself to float weightless and effortless in the water.
And for a moment you are suspended in these turquoise waves.

Crystalline and radiant.
At the doorway of this temple,
