Hello and welcome to today's meditation where we will be exploring abundance.
Make sure that you're sitting comfortably,
That your back is fully supported or maybe you're just lying down.
This is a short meditation for when you feel those low vibrational thoughts start to appear.
Maybe when you're going through times of financial hardship or a significant bill might be looming in the near future.
Or maybe you just have some money worries in general.
But now is the time to come back to abundance.
And having an abundance mindset is not something that happens overnight.
It is a state of mind and an energetic frequency that we work for,
That we nourish and eventually cultivate and use for everyday life.
It is a very freeing concept to know that there will always be enough to support you and everything you wish to do in this life.
So let's start the work.
Maybe just beginning to check in with your body with any sensations that might be moving around.
Maybe there's some anxiety sitting in the belly or in the chest,
Occupying the mind.
So the first thing we'll do is just acknowledge its presence.
Taking a deep breath and just sighing it out through the nose or through the mouth,
Whatever helps you relax more into this moment.
And we acknowledge the anxiety,
The worry.
And we say thank you.
Thank you for looking out for me and trying to protect me from something that feels scary.
But your energetic frequency is not serving me in this moment.
And you are free to leave now or even in the next few breaths.
With every exhale,
Any of that worry,
That concern is just going to leave the body.
Whether that's through the mouth on your next exhale.
Imagining that you're almost releasing these low vibrational feelings,
Giving them permission to leave.
Noticing how your body feels when you give it that permission to let go.
And when we let go,
We are also opening.
We are softening in surrender,
Welcoming in abundance.
Now the best way for us to begin practicing an abundance mindset is to focus on gratitude.
So as we're just quietly sitting or laying here,
Staying connected with our breathing,
Let's ask ourselves what are we grateful for?
Something as simple as having running water from your tap.
Having groceries in your fridge.
Having a bed to sleep on.
Having a device to listen to this meditation on.
There may be expanding that gratitude to people in your life.
Maybe you're grateful for your family or friends,
For work colleagues.
And hopefully you're grateful to yourself for taking the time to practice this meditation today.
Maybe you're grateful for your pets.
Maybe you're grateful that the sun is shining.
Just as we continue to breathe,
As we continue to stay present in this moment,
All you have to consider is what you're grateful for.
Because when we focus on what we do have,
It really can astound us at how abundant we are.
Not in comparison to anyone else,
But in our own right and on our own journey.
And as we list the things that we feel so grateful for,
We really concentrate that feeling of gratitude into the heart space,
Into the centre of the chest,
The heart chakra.
And as we focus all of our attention onto this place,
We begin to feel an expansion,
An energetic and vibrational expansion.
This is the vibration of abundance.
And the reason why we focus on the heart space and the heart chakra in particular is because love is also an incredibly high vibration.
And as we consciously raise our energy through the power of thought,
We will also attract more abundance in the universe.
Now whenever we feel ourselves becoming almost trapped by low vibrational energy and low vibrational thoughts,
The first step on the journey to living an abundant life is to come back to gratitude.
By asking ourselves,
What do I have,
Instead of what don't I have.
No comparing,
Just simply focusing on yourself and your own journey.
Trusting that the universe is here to support you,
To love you,
And the more of that that you give out,
The more you will attract.
And taking some time each day to nourish gratitude in your heart will play a huge part in shifting your mindset towards abundance.
So as we close this short meditation for today,
We ask ourselves that we carry this gratitude in our heart for the rest of the day and the next.
And the moment that we forget,
We can always bring it back.
Thank you for being here.
You are so appreciated and valued.
And be proud of yourself for carving this time out today.
