This is a short guide to meditation using the law of attraction to manifest anything that you desire in life.
First,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
Just allowing your mind to relax.
Release the muscles in your face,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Dropping your shoulders.
Letting go of the tension in your body.
Now imagine yourself living the life you want or having anything else that you wish to have or to be,
Anything that you do like to be.
Create the image in your head.
What do you see?
Can you describe it in detail?
Does it have any color?
What color does it have?
Can you touch it?
How does it feel in your hands?
Any particular texture?
It feels cold,
Warm.
Can you feel any smell from this?
Try to focus in every detail of your dream and desires.
Be the observer.
The more details you can see it,
The easier to attract.
How do you feel when you see your desire in front of you?
What are the emotions that you are feeling now?
Do you feel love?
Do you feel happiness?
Can you feel your heart space expanding?
Now repeat after me.
Universe,
Please show me the path of least resistance that you align me with my dreams and desires.
I can feel the power of it and it is done.
Thank you.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale.
Another breath in and exhale.
Letting yourself coming back to the present moment.
You can now open your eyes and expect the miracles from the universe.
