Hello everybody my name is Sophie and I'm an energy guide and healer.

I'm so happy that you've made your way here and I'm hoping that this short breath work gives you the pause that you need in your day.

Today we're gonna do a technique called resonant or halo breathing.

This is such a beautiful and easy technique to quiet the body and mind so that you can make sure that all systems are working together.

Once you have the basics down you can do this anywhere.

The main principle is that the inhale and exhale are both five and a half seconds and there's no pause between them.

This creates a beautiful circle or halo with the breath.

I'll guide you through this meditation so there's no need to overthink so just sit back relax and take the pause that you need.

Sit back close your eyes if that's available to you and just start to notice your breath.

Don't change it in any way just notice where it is in this moment and bring in that connection and when you're ready start to breathe with me in and out in in and out in and out in and now follow the drum and whenever you're ready bring your breath back to its normal rhythm.

Feel the calm wash over you and invite this feeling to stay with you for the rest of your day.
