In this practice, you'll move gently from the "doing" energy of your day into a space of deep rest, using an IFS approach to help soothe and settle a busy mind. We'll start by acknowledging the hardworking manager parts, your most dedicated planners and worriers, and offer them a cosy, safe place to set down their burdens for the night. We’ll also create a soft space for any vulnerable feelings that might rise up when things get quiet, letting them know they are safe and held. By the end, we’ll invite your whole system into a place of stillness, allowing you to drift into sleep feeling connected and at ease.
