Welcome to this guided morning meditation.

Begin your day with a sense of calm and clarity.

Find a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in,

Letting the fresh morning air fill your lungs.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or worries.

As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,

Bring your attention to the present moment.

Feel the warmth of the morning sun on your skin,

Even if it's just in your imagination.

Visualize the soft,

Golden rays touching your body,

Filling you with a sense of peace and renewal.

Imagine yourself surrounded by nature,

Perhaps in a tranquil forest,

By a serene lake or on a peaceful beach.

Let the beauty of this natural setting wash over you,

Connecting you to the earth's energy.

Now shift your focus inward.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Are there areas of tension or discomfort?

Send your breath to these places,

Allowing them to relax and release.

With each breath,

Imagine inhaling positive energy and exhaling any negativity or stress.

Picture a bright light entering your body as you inhale,

Filling every cell with vitality and positivity.

As you continue to breathe,

Bring your awareness to your thoughts.

Acknowledge any racing thoughts or worries,

But gently let them go,

Allowing them to drift away like leaves on a gentle stream.

You are here,

In this moment,

Free from the burdens of yesterday and the uncertainties of tomorrow.

Now focus on gratitude.

Think of three things you are grateful for in this moment,

No matter how big or small they may be.

Feel the warmth and contentment that gratitude brings.

Take a moment to set an intention for your day.

What positive qualities or attitudes would you like to carry with you as you move through your day?

Visualise yourself embodying these qualities,

Facing challenges with grace and embracing moments of joy.

As you sit in stillness,

Continue to breathe deeply,

Knowing that you have the power to create a peaceful and harmonious day.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and carry this sense of serenity and mindfulness with you as you begin your morning.
