Third Eye - Inner Sun

This piece is inspired by the Third Eye energy center (Ajna). As the bowls let yourself settle into the present moment. Feel your breath slow, your awareness root into the body, and your mind return to stillness.

The visuals were filmed in a Japanese Meditation garden, where stone, moss, and water reflect the essence of simplicity and balance. The garden is at Gibbs Gardens in Ballground, GA.
