That was what I needed, and for sure I am going to use it again. I am struggeling to release anger and I decided to have a lying meditation, asking my body to release. I used a lot of props and a warm blanket. This music guided my lovingly. The short breathing excercise at the beginning was also helping. It became a spontaneous restorative yoga. A lot was released. Thank you.
