Sacral Chakra Singing Bowls With Ocean sounds

This is a recording of singing bowls. The base bowl is the D# tone for the sacral chakra. The ocean sounds were recorded at Akumal beach near Tulum, Mexico. There is also a binaural beat of 5hz. The other bowls are harmonized with the Chakras in this scale. Singing bowls have been used since ancient times in meditations and healing work. The bowls produce monaural beats and harmonic overtones that affect body and mind on a deep level.
