Hello and welcome to this meditation with the Masters of Light activating the key of light within you and in your life.

So to begin let's take a deep breath in into your heart and exhaling and in your exhalation relaxing to this present moment inviting your breath to oxygenate your heart and your blood and your organs and your tissue and your life.

On the exhalation you're relaxing more and more allowing life to breathe you and allowing life to support you and hold you and feel the love that life has for you as a warm embrace feeling this warm embrace and this support from your back feeling this support and love from life at your left and feeling this embrace and love that life has for you at your front and feeling this support and love that life has for you at your right.

And now feeling the support and love at the bottom at your feet from the earth rising up holding you and supporting you and loving you and feeling the support and love and love that life has for you at the top from your head from the top blowing the sand then into you to your body your life your thoughts your emotions your physical body beautiful.

And now connecting at your center and feeling the support and love that life has for you that is here within you this center of connection with all elements in all forms in all levels.

Slowing down your mind and the noises and slowing down your breath to feel and hear your heartbeat and your inner guidance your internal voice your sound your inner world in deep presence connecting with this energy that is within you flowing through you for you past you empowering your life yourself in love organized around you for your success for new levels of well-being and light and love and harmony and peace within you.

Taking a deep breath in and opening your heart and as you exhale inviting and receiving all these layers of support embrace love well-being harmony flow peace joy love.

Just take another deep breath and as you inhale opening your heart and as you exhale opening to receive to be held to accept the gifts of love of more peace of more abundance of new life and more life of well-being and harmony.

And another deep breath keep opening your heart and on the exhalation keep open your heart open to receive to be held to be supported beautiful beautiful.

From this space let's begin and ignite the space inviting the masters of light into your room into your space in connection with your higher self with your inner being and the intelligence of your heart.

As the masters of light are here sealing your space with golden light with a seal of light and the masters of light are holding the space in the highest expression of love and light the highest vibration connected to and with your higher self and to your heart with your inner being with your true essence.

Now from this place of deep connection we're going into the temple of your heart and as your heart continues to open the temple within your heart begins to expand and begins to take space and place in your room and now your room turns into the temple of light of your heart this temple of your heart the temple of your heart.

The masters of light are there standing all around you at your front and your back and your sides holding the highest frequency.

The temple of your heart is completely sealed in love and light all around you at the top and bottom and your sides.

Beautiful.

The masters of light one of them comes to you as you open your hands they give you a spiritual gift.

They open your hands and they give you a key of light.

This key allows you to open any door and clear away any obstruction and free yourself from any prison and enslavement physical emotional mental psychological physiological karmic.

Wake up from the dream you have to go outside.

Take results outside yourself to be worthy.

Bringing your hands into your heart and claiming here now I am worthy I am enough I am significant I matter here and now in this very moment and all moments from now on.

And sending love the masters of light sending love to all those points in time within the trace of your lifetime and through the traces of your DNA pouring love to all those places in your psyche.

That thought believed otherwise awakening them from this enchantment now.

And as you hold this key of light in your hands this key will assist you in many ways as you receive this key of light the masters of light have a message for you.

You have the power of the divine in you.

You have the ability to free yourself no matter whether it seems there is a power from another person circumstance or the entire world who holds more power than you.

Outer circumstances change.

The key of light is staying true to what you know to be true in yourself within yourself and for yourself.

Release all that is out of your control release it into the flow of life all that is out of your control and bring down and forward and anchored what is within your control within your ability to make create live be in action.

Gently and lovingly assert your truth here and now into your heart.

Let these truths open your cells pour this truth into your cells let them know this is how it is.

Let the boys come from your heart from love all the way into your skin opening pouring love and this truth of light into your skin through your skin opening your pores of your skin into the world allowing the emanation of your truth of your love to be emanated into your life into the universe the world feel this energy of the earth the support of the earth rising from the earth into your new vertebrae of truth of divine love of empowered love life supporting you.

Align with a universal loss pouring down into your new vertebrae from the universe from the cosmos from your guidance.

Use the key of light to close the doors of fear of doubt of struggle and open the doors of empower love love doors to the past behind you leave the past behind close the doors of fighting and open the doors of flow you are the key of success allow life to serve you with love and kindness anchor down the keys and codes of light through you in your way of being right here right now coming from you are complete you are complete this space this place of wholeness from this place of wholeness from your completeness what step can you take here right now today what inspired action is here today within you alive within you.

Taking a deep breath in into your heart.

As the masters of light they take a step backwards into the room,

Into your temple of your heart and you place the key,

This key of light into your heart and it melts into your heart and it fully integrated within you.

Knowing that you have access now to this key of light to open new doors and to close all the doors that are no longer needed to keep energies alive.

Receiving the gift of love,

Of ease and flow,

Of more life within you here and now.

Knowing that you are worthy,

That you are enough and coming from this place of completeness,

Of wholeness,

Of love and support,

Abundance.

Taking a deep breath in into your heart again feeling the support behind you and the love behind you.

The love and support on both sides,

Your right and your left.

The love and support at the front,

The love and support at the bottom of your feet,

The love and support at the top and the love and support within you at your centre.

Acknowledging the space,

The masters of light and thanking them for this gift.

The masters of light,

They let you know that they are always within you,

All around you,

Guiding your way.

The key of light is now within you and you hold this power within you.

This power of freedom that may be used in alignment to your heart to empower love in your wisdom and the wisdom of your heart.

And the highest good of you,

For you,

Through you and the world.

Entering to now bringing the temple of your heart into your heart now.

Slowing down the sounds and listening to the heartbeat of your heart.

Feeling your body through the interior of your being.

And returning to your feet,

Your skin and the temperature outside in the room and how your body feels this temperature outside you.

Taking a deep breath in,

Moving your fingers and rolling your head,

Caressing your body and giving yourself a big,

Big hug.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
