Begin your day and throughout your day come be with your Heart. Release the filters of confusion or simple Create from your Heart, nurture the practice of listening the wisdom of your Intuitive Heart.
Your Heart is the gateway to your Infinite Self, and as you practice to listen to its guidance and begin to listen to its calling, your Life begins to align to the natural order of Love itself. The Love of your Life and that YOU have come to experience, anchor, and create! Enjoy the practice!

Hello this is Sophia Leijo with Woman of Light and this is a process to connect and attune with your intuitive heart.

And so to begin I'm gonna invite you to take a deep breath in and this is gonna be the deepest breath you have ever taken in your day.

And so feeling your lungs,

Your whole body with oxygen creating more space within you.

And as you release and exhale you release your whole day creating more space in having and coming into presence into this never before lived day and moment in your life,

In your precious life.

And you can imagine that you are facing the staircase that has eight steps.

At the end of the staircase you're going to the depths of the heart,

The center of your heart.

And so you take the first step from the eighth step to the seventh step.

And as you do I invite you to feel how your body begins to relax.

And you begin to take the next step from seventh to sixth.

And you feel that your relaxation goes even deeper from the seventh step to the sixth step,

From the sixth step to the fifth step.

And now you notice how your nervous system draws.

From the fifth step you go all the way to the fourth step.

And by now you're around your neck.

And from the fourth step you go to the third around your chest area.

Your body is completely relaxed.

From the third step you move to the second step.

The second to the first.

And then this last one step from the first to the center of your heart.

And feel as you're both feet full and take this step and stand at the center of your heart and breathe into this space,

In into your heart and out of your heart.

And as you breathe in and out you're gonna turn around 180 and face the center of your heart.

I invite you to breathe in here in and out.

And you're gonna take one step to the center of your heart.

And another step.

And the third step.

And the fourth step.

And the fifth step.

And the ninth step.

Deepening into your heart.

All the way to the area.

At your own rhythm take those steps.

Beautiful.

Now at the center and the depth of your heart you begin to feel and tune in your heartbeat.

This heartbeat that is unique and unrepeatable.

This sound that has been with you throughout the beginning.

And it's the sound of your life that will live beyond time and space throughout infinity and resonates through the entire whole universe and cosmos.

You are here.

You are here.

You exist in this form here now in this way.

So allow the beating of your heart to resonate throughout the chambers of your heart as you stand in the center of your heart in the deepest point within you of your heart.

And the heartbeat and your heartbeat begins to clear away all distortions from your heart.

You're connected to the love that you are and the love that feeds you and nourishes you and creates you.

The fountain of creation itself within you.

The unifying force of love.

The source of love within you and all around you.

The sound of your life and your soul,

Your infinite self.

The sound and melody of your essence.

Your heart is what creates order.

It's the conductor of the orchestra.

Your heart is the one that creates,

Inspires a symphony of your life.

Here is where you create a symphony of your life.

Where your symphony of your life is created and is forever existing throughout time and space,

Both the earth and the universe.

From the frequency of love and from the energy of love,

Everything comes into order,

Perfection and harmony.

The perfection of the divine within you as you through the frequency of love.

From your heart right here.

Take a moment to breathe in and allow these words and frequency to be fully integrated within you.

Feel yourself in the depth and in the center of your heart.

And here you're connected to your infinite self and creation itself.

You're connected beyond time and space to infinity and all pure potential.

As you keep breathing in and out from your heart,

Feel how the air enters all the chambers of your heart,

The five chambers of your heart.

Feel how as you stand in the center and the depth of your heart,

You feel the oxygen as wind caressing your face and hair,

Your whole body.

And as the air enters and purifies and cleanses and activates every single chamber within your heart and of your heart,

It activates your heart and your heart comes online fully and completely.

And it begins to shine its pure light essence.

And you see yourself in this magnificence of who you are and the truth of who you are.

And as the heart begins to activate in light,

Every time you breathe in,

Feel that breath of air caressing your face,

Activating all chambers of your heart and activating your heart into its pure essence and light.

Yielding and receiving the pure light creation of source,

The fountain of life itself as it's connected to this fountain and river of life itself.

Feel that as you're breathing in,

As your heart is pumping,

It's bringing in more light creation into your whole body,

Into all dominions of yourself and your life.

Radiate this,

Feel this radiation that is natural without your efforting,

Simply your allowance,

Your witnessing of the truth.

As you breathe in,

The air enters and in the center of your heart,

You feel the air on your face,

Brushing your hair,

Your whole body.

The air activates your four or five chambers of your heart,

Purifying,

Activating its full essence of light,

More light activating your central channel,

Sending this light to all aspects,

To all corners within your body and your life from source foundation of breathing in and breathing out,

Infinite itself feeding you with its light,

Source of light that is infinite,

Pure potential.

Breathing in and breathing out on each breath,

Allowing this light to fill every single cell in your body,

Receiving more light and your cells contain more light and allowing this light to relax your scalp and your head as in every single cell in your scalp and head,

Ears and nose and tongue and mouth and throat is receiving more light and holding more light,

Your neck,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your whole spine,

Your arms,

And your wrists and hands,

Your back,

Your shoulder blades,

Your lower back,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your pelvic region,

Your legs,

Your knees,

The back of your knees,

Your legs,

Ankles and feet,

Your whole body holding more light from the fountain of source itself into all chambers of your heart and from your heart dispersing and emanating to your whole body system,

To all areas of your life as your heart bringing order and cohesiveness to your brain,

Your thoughts,

Your emotional body,

To your whole life.

Feel this.

Breathing in,

Seeing how the frequency and the liquid light of love itself that is intrinsically who you are,

Intrinsically life itself is love frequency.

Liquid light brings its natural order.

Love frequency brings order,

Harmony and balance as you're breathing in and allowing the love frequency to illuminate and fill you up.

Your whole self and life comes into natural order,

Balance and cohesiveness.

Breathing in and out.

Now at the center of your heart,

At the deepest part within your heart,

If there's a question within you that you need clarity,

Something about you and your life,

Ask your heart this question and allow your heart to respond to you and you may be in an energetic shift,

In a new way of seeing yourself,

Others and the world.

A new solution that perhaps you didn't see until now,

A personal resource to simply allow your heart to be your guide and your wise teacher.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Bringing both hands to your heart center,

Acknowledging your heart,

Acknowledging this place that you are within your heart,

Giving thanks for your breath,

For your heart,

For the wisdom that you are that exists within you and in your life,

Within you,

Through you,

For you and allow your heart to activate and clear your way.

See how you breathe in,

Your heart is fully activated,

Activating a central channel of light,

Activating your whole body and from your heart it radiates all through your life,

All to the horizon,

Giving you an opening up a full,

Wholesome and clear way,

Opening your way all the way to the horizon and guiding you with this light all the way to the horizon.

You see this light,

Bright light that comes out from your heart,

Lighting up your way and clearing your way forward.

Seeing the distance,

The light in the horizon coming your way,

Seeing your future self coming in and listening to your heart's voice and guidance.

Is it telling you what do you see,

What you feel,

How do you see yourself and experience yourself,

How do you experience this voice?

Receiving the information,

Taking another deep breath in into your heart and radiating light all around you,

At your front,

At your back,

At your left,

At your right,

At your above and your below and feeling the whole space within and without but below all of it with light,

Taking another deep breath in and tapping your heart,

Tap tapping your heart,

That's it.

Beautiful.

Take another deep breath in,

Bring your arms all the way to the top of your head and when you're ready bring your arms down and another deep breath in and caress your body,

Your face,

All of your body,

Tap your whole body and when you're complete come to if you are sitting or laying down and just stay with yourself for one moment in your hands.
