Welcome to this meditation.
My name is Sofia Laiju and today I will guide you in the activation of the new Earth matrix.
Find a comfortable place where you can lay down.
And let's invite a gentle breath.
There is no need to control your breathing.
Let your breath be your guide.
And allow life to breathe you.
Simply let go and relax.
And if you can adjust to be 10% more comfortable,
Do it now.
Connecting with your breath.
I want you to breathe in into your heart and release through your mouth.
Until the charged energy in your body is completely released.
This way of breathing is telling your central nervous system to relax and to come back into homeostasis.
Into balance and harmony.
Acknowledging the well-being of your body.
That is your natural state of being.
So let's check in with your body.
Body are you happy now?
If the body needs a little bit more help to relax,
Take another deep breath in into your heart and release through your mouth.
And invite that relaxation to simply be part of your experience.
Continue inviting a gentle breath.
There is no need to control your breathing.
Let your breath be your guide and allow life to breathe you.
Simply let go and relax.
So begin to feel,
Sense your back touching the floor.
Feel the weight of your body.
And on each exhalation you are relaxing more and more.
Allowing the pores of your skin to open,
To release.
Allow the pores of your entire body to open and relax.
Whatever you are holding,
Open your hands and release.
Give it all to life.
Any thoughts,
Any tension,
Open and release.
Knowing that anything that you need at this time,
Life provides you with it.
So there is nothing,
There is no need to hold on to anything.
Simply give it back to source.
And as you begin to dissolve into the earth,
Slowly and gently you begin to take part of the first soil layer.
And as you relax more and more.
You begin to dissolve into deeper and deeper layers of the earth.
Allowing your breath to guide you.
Letting your body know that it is safe.
And that you are simply remembering you are part of the earth.
You continue to dissolve into the earth.
To even deeper layers of the earth.
All the way into the depths of the heart of the earth.
And as you arrive to the heart of the earth,
There you lay.
Feel this silent space.
Spacious and vast.
Contained and warm.
And as your body has fully dissolved into the heart of the earth.
A cell in your body lights up.
This one cell within your body is bright and radiant.
As you continue breathing gently.
This one cell is active,
Awake,
Whole,
Complete,
Bright and luminous.
Crystalline light radiates in all directions.
This one cell in your body is your master cell.
This luminous radiant made of crystalline light.
This crystalline light contains your spiritual and cosmic information.
From the origins of your soul that has been dormant for some time now.
Now it is ready and it starts to activate all other cells within your body system.
Begins to activate your new earth matrix.
Activating new cells in your body one by one.
Your body begins to build itself anew.
Continue breathing with no effort.
There is nothing to do,
The process has already begun.
As the master cells continues activating all cells in your body one by one.
Looking to see how your body begins to radiate in a new way.
And as the process is complete.
You arise anew,
Feel your new body.
Birthing from the womb of the heart of the earth.
The new earth is waiting for you,
She opens up a path for you.
Christ,
You are ready to take the first step.
A new path opens up as part of the crystalline grid of the new earth in front of you.
You stand up and you rise anew.
From the heart of the earth towards the surface into the new earth.
And as you walk from the depths of the new earth at the heart of the earth.
Taking the first new steps through this crystalline grid.
The path is wide open and it is open for you.
And as you follow the ley line of the crystalline grid of the new earth.
You see the open space to the surface.
Absorbing new light codes of the new earth as you walk towards the open space.
Light enters,
Radiant,
Luminous,
Fills you up and as you step into the surface new life.
Breathe in,
Open your arms and receive.
Look at your feet,
Bare feet,
Upon the new earth.
You see you stand at the center of a crystalline grid.
The blueprint of the new earth.
And as you look at your feet you begin to feel connection with the earth.
The consciousness of the earth.
You can hear her voice.
You can clearly feel her love.
And hear her message for you.
This message.
From soul to soul.
You hear the message clearly.
You integrate it fully.
And as the message is finished.
The grid fully activates within you and around you.
Activating your new hologram.
Now you are linked.
You are connected.
You are connected to the new hologram.
Now you are linked to your new matrix in your body.
And the new matrix in your body is now linked with the new matrix of the earth.
Both fully activated completely now.
You are ready to access this new energy as of this moment.
As you are now in your new body in the new earth.
Rejoice in this moment.
And as you open your eyes what is alive in you now.
Feel your new body,
Your new hologram of life.
And how will you celebrate and honor the new earth.
How you will celebrate and honor your life and your body.
The journey of you as this conscious body and beingness in the world.
And as you walk you will continue to activate new light codes in the earth.
For others as well.
In the highest good of all beings.
And for the highest good of all beings including yourself.
And all universal beings.
By simply being yourself.
Around your energy field.
You are emanating the new way of the new earth.
You are emanating the way of the new earth.
Honor this sacred blessing and when you are ready open your eyes.
Grab your body and take all the time to fully return to presence to this here and now.
