Ok,
This is a meditation for you to connect with the essence of your pet,
Being dog,
Cat,
Parrot,
Whatever,
Whatever,
Sheep,
Horse,
Whoever your pet is or whoever is close to you or around you and you wish to create a connection in knowing,
In knowing the essence and the soul origin of this being.
And so find a comfortable place where you can relax and fully,
Fully open yourself to the process.
You can either sit down,
Lay in shavasana or whatever you feel most comfortable.
And here we go.
Take a deep breath in,
Fully filling up your abdominal area all the way up to your chest and gently hold your breath for three counts and then release through your mouth.
So let's inhale all together and inhale and hold for three,
Two,
One and release through your mouth.
And let's do this one more time.
Inhale and hold for three,
Two,
One and release through your mouth.
And one more time,
Inhale,
Hold for three,
Two,
One and release through your mouth.
Bring your awareness to your breath,
The rising of your chest.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Your physical body,
To your heart,
To all the intricate systems within you that ignite your life.
And your physical,
Your incarnated aspect with love,
Gentleness,
Appreciation.
With your mind's eye,
You can gently caress your body,
Your skin from your head all the way down through your neck and shoulders,
The back of your back,
The front of your chest,
Your arms,
Your abdominal area and your back,
Your legs.
And now you can do the same through the inside of your body,
Your toes,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your pelvis,
Your abdominal area,
Your lower back,
Your spine,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your shoulders and neck,
The back of your head,
All the way up the sides,
Your ears,
Inside your mouth,
Inside your eyes,
Inside your nose,
Inside your forehead.
Allow yourself your breath to guide you in this relaxation,
To be able to relax a little bit further with each breath.
Relax your body,
Your mind.
Now let's bring acknowledgement and love and kindness and awareness to our energetic body,
Caressing the energy that we are,
The life force that we are.
And let's bring forth the connection to our soul,
To our essence,
To who we are at essence and soul level and connect and ground to this aspect of ourselves.
And from this place,
We call in or approach our pet.
From the wholeness of who we are,
We connect to our pet,
To our friend,
Brother,
Sister,
Teacher,
Student,
Friend,
Guide.
And we allow the fullness of who he is or she is to come forth and introduce itself to us.
We have an image coming forward,
A sensation,
A feeling,
A frequency,
Energy signature specifically aligned to your pet,
A color or a sound.
Whatever you are connecting to allow it to magnify its frequency,
To fully embrace it and welcome it.
And you can say in your mind or out loud,
I welcome the wholeness of who you are,
Dear friend.
I receive you in this openness of heart,
In this fullness and wholeness of being.
I now see you in your fullness,
In your wholeness.
And I recognize and remember who you are,
My dear friend,
At a soul level.
And I'll see you,
See your essence and light.
And I thank you for coming forth in this way.
In love,
In appreciation and unity,
May this be now the way we connect,
Relate to one another.
