Hello and welcome to this meditation of activating your wellbeing,

Your luminous core.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Calling in the golden ray to create a ring of protection around you in your space,

Calling in the energy of the earth,

The energy of the universe,

The cosmos,

Calling in the energy of your true nature,

Your essence and the light within you to fully activate,

Connecting to your I AM presence in this moment,

Taking a deep breath in into your heart and releasing through your mouth and on your exhalation you're inviting more relaxation into your body,

Taking a deep breath in into the heart and exhaling through your mouth,

Beautiful and let's take a deep breath in one more time,

Inhale into your heart and exhale through your mouth,

Invite you now to roll your hips,

Breathing in and breathing out gently,

We're just gonna open a little bit of more space within you,

If there's any energy that is dormant or stuck,

We're inviting more space within you,

So rolling your hips from one side to the other in a circle motion and begin with a counterclockwise circular motion,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Doing three circles and as you arrive to the centre,

Now moving in a clockwise motion,

Breathing in and breathing out gently and gracefully,

Allowing more space in your body,

Invite you to roll your shoulders backwards,

Breathing in and breathing out and begin to roll your shoulders towards the front,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Now you're gonna begin to roll your head from side to side,

If you have trouble with your neck,

Just move gently,

You can even roll your head all the way,

Again if you have any troubles with your neck,

Just move from side to side,

Breathing in and breathing out and roll to the other side now and coming back to centre,

Beautiful and now I invite you to bring your hands into your heart,

Connecting to your heart,

Feeling and listening and sensing the heartbeat of your heart,

The light and the energy that radiates from your heart,

Your heart is a beautiful instrument that connects you to your intuition and guides you along the way,

Your heart is the instrument that connects you to your emotional beingness and it also nourishes your entire body,

Connected with the Sacred Heart of the Universe,

Loving intelligence,

The heart beats even though while you're asleep,

You're not consciously pulsating your heart,

It simply happens,

This natural happening,

The energy of the resonance of life itself that is in the resonance of loving intelligence,

In and out.

Begin to rub your legs.

Rub your belly and your back body.

Rub your chest,

The back of your head.
