Light Temple

Enter the Temple of Light at your heart center, and activate your Light Body, awaken your innate Light, create more space through the release of old crystallized particles, and therefore creating more space to shine brighter. It is an empowering meditation, that by the end you will feel connected to your Self, connected to your Guides and fully supported; with more energy and a more spacious Being.

Let's take a few deep breaths together and allow the natural rhythm of your breath to flow in a circular manner.

Do not control or adjust your breathing,

Just let it be as it is,

Perfect.

Feel the circular motion of your breath within,

As if an ocean was moving in a continual way all through your body,

In your own circular motion,

In your own rhythm,

In your own flow,

And your own direction.

Feel the waves of the ocean caress your back from the inside.

Feel the waves of the ocean caress your abdomen from the inside of your body.

Feel the waves of the ocean caress your pelvis from the inside of your body.

Feel the waves of the ocean caress your chest from the inside of your body.

Feel the waves of the ocean caress your face and your neck from the inside of your body.

Every intricate space in your face,

The water reaches,

Caressing it all inside.

Feel the waves of the ocean caress the top of your head from the inside.

Feel the big,

Big wave of your ocean caress the sole of your feet from the inside.

Feel how this beautiful,

Big wave begins at your heart and moves from your back,

Caressing your back body,

The back of your knees,

Your shins,

Sole of your feet,

Your toes,

And your front area,

The top area of your feet,

Your ankles,

The front of your leg,

Your knees,

The front of your thighs,

Your front body,

Your chest,

Your throat,

Your face,

Reaching the top of your head all the way back,

Your back head,

Your back neck,

Shoulder blades reaching to your back body,

The back of your heart.

Now as you feel the presence,

Feel yourself in an open space and your standing bare feet in contact with the earth,

Your guides,

Your helpers,

Your animal friends,

Angels,

Elementals,

Universal beings are all gathered around you.

They stand at your front,

They stand at your back,

They stand at your sides,

And they also stand above and below,

Forming a beautiful shape all around you,

Lovingly holding space for you,

Feel their love,

Feel their support,

Including the earth's support and the universe and the universe with its planets and constellations,

They're also focused on you in deep love and awe.

Breathe into the soles of your feet as you stand bare feet touching the earth,

In this continual flow waves of breath inside your body.

Now at your heart level,

See how a door opens and your awareness with your presence,

You walk through it,

Walking inwards,

Continue walking and see how it opens into a beautiful,

Open,

White,

Bright,

Clear space,

Very spacious,

Calm,

Fresh and bright.

The light is very comfortable to your eyes,

In fact it allows you to see things that you were not able to see before.

And so you look at your hands and you see how your skin glows,

In fact your skin is actually trillions of tiny,

Golden,

Light particles,

Really close together that form the skin of your hand.

And you can see and you can feel each particle looking,

Smiling at you.

In fact you start to realise your entire body is formed of these tiny,

Golden,

Light particles and they are all looking,

Responding to you,

Smiling at you,

Happy,

Joyful that you can see them.

You smile back and you thank them for coming together in such a strong way to create your body.

They respond.

You brought them together,

Your magnetic field of love,

Your inspiration and your desire to create and your desire to live.

This is why they are all here,

This is why they all have gathered and they are so happy to be here with you in this time and space,

And happy that you can now see them and experience them in this way.

You begin to breathe with more ease and more space,

Your body naturally relaxes and as life begins to breathe you in a new way and your breath begins to relax and tune into its natural light.

You begin to attune to the frequency of love that is your innate,

Most innate and natural frequency.

And as you breathe love,

Love breathes you.

You begin to feel how your body becomes more spacious and lighter and as the golden particles of you that create your body,

They begin to generate more energy and the energy turns into light and it turns into this heat electricity that amplifies your magnetic field,

Melting away old crystallized particles and so more space is created and now you can breathe more deeply.

You feel your entire body expand and as your entire body expands with more space,

You begin to occupy more space in the world,

Your magnetic field expands as you begin to broadcast as a more clear into the universe and your head lights up as the tiny golden particles light up as they move faster with joy and in the process they ignite more light and so old crystals melt away creating new space and openness,

Creating clarity and creating more breath.

Your head becomes more oxygenized and your head begins to brighten up and now gently your awareness moves into your throat and as the tiny golden particles light up within your throat and they begin to move faster with joy,

The process ignites more light and so old crystals melt away creating new space,

Openness,

Clarity,

More breath.

And as your awareness moves into your chest,

Tiny golden particles begin to light up and move faster with joy and in this process they ignite more light and so old crystals melt away creating new space in your chest.

On the back of your chest,

Your whole chest opens up and it's able to vibrate in pure love,

Higher love,

In clarity,

Opening to more breath,

More life,

New life and as your awareness moves into your arms,

These tiny particles begin to light up as they move faster with joy,

They ignite more light and old crystals melt away creating new space,

New openness within your arms and you sense you are able to embrace life yourself in a new way and you receive that which you've been asking for so strongly.

You notice this comes with ease and enters with ease and you notice it has already entered as you begin to feel the emotion of the desire within you now,

The abundance,

Prosperity and health,

Love and peace and tranquility and balance and harmony,

Joy and love,

Unity,

Wholeness,

Completeness,

Satisfaction,

More breath and as your awareness begins to move down to your abdominal area and as you're aware of this area,

The golden particles light up as they move faster with joy,

They ignite more light and old crystals begin to melt away creating new space and openness,

Creating clarity and more breath and begin to realize that all processes,

The way you perceive life,

It's fully integrated and you sense yourself,

You see yourself as divine,

A divine being that has come and gathered infinite wisdom along its journey not only as this human being but as energy that has traveled through time and space,

Through the infinite universe and today has focused its energy into being as you hear time space and in your beingness,

You're radiating,

Emanating,

Vibrating,

Being your fullness,

The fullness that hold all that information,

Beauty,

Knowing,

Wisdom,

Experience of something that goes beyond,

You are energy manifested into being,

You have said yes to life,

Every day you do say yes to new life for the expansion of your soul,

For the expansion of life,

For the expansion of earth,

For the expansion of the universe,

New space created as more breath is invited in into this space,

The space of the seed of your soul where you connect with the cosmos,

The core,

Magnificent,

Magnificent creations.

Begin from this point,

You are a powerful creator and you move through life in the name of love,

Thank you,

The entire universe thanks you for such courageous act,

The earth thanks you for your courageous act of saying yes to life every day and sharing your beingness in your totality,

You create the availability of energy,

Of creation,

Of expansion on earth,

Thank you,

Life thanks you for saying yes to life,

The universe thanks you for your courage to stand,

To live and as you bring your awareness to your pelvis,

In clarity you stand in your life and bring your awareness to your back,

To your entire spine from your coccyx all the way to your occipital ridge and this tiny golden particles light up as they move faster with joy and in the process they ignite more light and the heat that they create melt away all crystals creating new space and openness where you can stand fully in alignment to your core,

Your body with all this new space created expands occupying more space in the field,

Your density becomes lighter through the open space,

Your body begins to move towards a wide room now,

Your path is clear as you look and you see the room where you see a wide marvel circle drawn on the center of the room on the floor and the room is a beautiful chamber that opens up in a circular bigger space and your body is guiding you towards the circle and you take one step through the circumference of the center and you walk into the center of the circle and as you stand there bare feet touching this white marvel floor,

The floor feels a body temperature and it's soft and gentle and as you stand in the middle of the circle and you begin to breathe,

The circle activates and begin to charge you,

The charge is activating your light body now and your guides,

Your team is standing around you and they stand around the circle,

Their faces are smiling,

Lovingly supporting you,

Their hands are raised towards you at their heart level,

The palms are facing you and you begin to see how their entire body begins to shine in different colors,

They are connected at their unique column of light that grounds them down into the earth and connects them with their abab and their soul origin that is different for every single one of them,

That's why they are there under your team of guides and love and support and helpers,

They all have their unique gift to bring you and they all represent an aspect of your soul's journey and wisdom and mastery,

They are now directing their light towards you through their palms and you receive this light through your heart center,

The light is absorbed and received with ease and grace and as the ground of the circle is also supporting you and activating the chakras of the soles of your feet,

This energy rises up activating your knees and the energy continues to rise all the way activating your pelvis,

Your hip flexors and feel it the bowl of the pelvis with pure light and energy,

Feeling your belly rising through your spine at your back and front to your chest,

Activating your back body and your heart,

Activating your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Wrists and fingers,

Rising to your throat,

The back of your throat and the back of your throat and the sides of your throat,

Your ears and your mouth,

Inside your mouth,

Your tongue and the roof of your tongue,

Your eyes and your forehead,

Your temples,

The tip of your ears,

The top of your head,

The back of your head and from the top of your head a beautiful wave of light begins to descend all around your body and it begins to descend as well on the inside of your body through the central channel.

As the light that runs through your central channel begins to descend all the way until it touches the earth and continues descending in straight line towards the core of the earth,

Simultaneously at the same time.

The light as it touches the surface of the earth begins to expand in all directions towards a circumference of the circle,

Filling and lighting up the circle and connecting with your guides which are all still standing around you and it becomes a beautiful temple of light around you,

All around you,

At your sides,

At your top and below as well.

The light continues to expand behind your guides,

Opening up to the world and beyond.

Just as roots expand downwards and sideways,

This light begins to form these rivers of light expanding into the world and continue in this space feeling charged by the earth,

The circle as well as the cosmos and the circle.

Your particles of body,

Light,

Your guide,

Connection and the world fill your temple of light around you as well and stay all the time you need in this space and this connection.

If you have an inquiry at this time to something you like more clarity,

Now is the time to ask and know that the answer will come.

You will see one of your guides respond and provide you with the answer.

You will hear or know the answer through you or it will also come through the channel of the world and the answer will continue throughout your day with signs all along as you move through the day.

Now draw the energy back from the cosmos,

From the world,

From the circle,

Into the circle,

Back into the container of your circle and breathe.

And come back to your golden light particles.

Look at your hand again and see those particles focused on you and smiling at you.

And come back to the centre of your heart,

Walk through the door and allow the door to close behind you as you move through your physical heart from the back of your heart all the way through the portal of your heart.

Into this present moment,

Coming back to your presence,

To your body,

To this time and space,

To the room you are where you are,

To this moment,

To you now.

Now draw the energy back from the cosmos,

From the circle,

Back into the container of.
