Welcome to this meditation and healing with the Archangels.

Finding a comfortable place where you can fully surrender to the light and receive this beautiful energy of the Archangels.

I begin to open the circle with divine golden light around you and around your space,

Calling the energy of the Great Mother.

May her heart that is in the core of the earth awaken as she extends her magnetic field,

Yielding a field of protection,

Of empowering love,

A flowing river of energy,

Of light,

A sense of arriving home to yourself as a healing through belonging and inner peace.

I activate its light grid and I call in nature that surrounds you to activate its light grid and send you waves of light and love so you may know you are completely supported,

Received and loved in your life.

May the healing that you receive today extend to the world through this light grid as we are all interconnected through this grid.

So now begin to call in your guardian angels,

Your spiritual allies,

Your spiritual guides,

Your animal totems and I call in the Masters of Light,

I call in the Archangels of the Universe,

I call in the Archangels of Love,

I call in the Lirian family and I call in the Syrian family,

I call in the Andromeda family and the Archangels of Ega and Orion.

And now you call the Archangels of your stellar family.

Taking a moment for this and deeply breathing into your heart and through your heart,

Allowing the frequency of this light.

Feel your guardian angels around you,

Close to you,

As your family and your support and as your encouragement.

And at this time,

If there is anything that doesn't belong to you,

That you simply have taken on for your family,

For your culture,

For a system,

A belief or perhaps from a past life,

Now is the time to give it to the Masters of Light.

So I'll give you a moment to just place your hand in your heart and this may be simply a thought,

An image,

A recurrent emotion,

Something perhaps a conditioning pattern that it repeats in your life,

That doesn't longer resonate with you.

I invite you to place both hands into your heart and feel that,

Or maybe you're seeing it or an image is coming.

And allow it to come into your heart,

From your heart into your hands.

And see it in your hands now as a ball of energy,

As light.

And I invite you to name this emotion or this thought or this pattern out loud.

And as you find words to it,

To describe it,

Say,

This doesn't belong to me,

I return it to source and I integrate within me the lesson,

The understanding,

The love,

The joy and the blessing.

I am at peace with myself and my life.

And I give this willingly and lovingly.

I return it to source as lessons learned.

I am complete.

I am home.

Thank you.

And see it leaving your hands as the masters of light hold this energy and take it away from your hands.

See it leaving.

As it returns to source,

As it returns to the energy of oneness.

And all is clear and all is released and you are whole.

You are so loved in it all.

All is in order.

And I invite you to do this process one more time.

And if there is anything that doesn't belong to you,

That doesn't resonate with you anymore,

A distorted image of who you are,

Something,

An energy that you have taken on for your family,

For your culture,

From a past life.

Bring both hands into your hand hard again.

As an emotion,

If there is not a clear thought of what it is,

Simply give it an emotion.

Give it a name of our current pattern that you wish to upgrade.

I am breathing into your heart.

Let it come into your heart center.

And from your heart it moves into your hands.

Remove your hands from your heart and see it in the palms of your hand.

There,

In love.

Release it all in love and light.

And repeat after me.

This emotion or pattern,

Say the name now,

That belonged to me,

I return it to source.

And I integrate within me the lessons,

The understanding,

The love,

The joy,

And the blessing I am at peace with myself and my life.

And I give this willingly and lovingly as it returns to source.

Lessons are learned.

I am complete.

I am home.

Did leaving your hands as the masters of light hold this energy?

As it leaves you and it returns to source,

As it returns to the energy of oneness,

All is clear and all is released.

And you are whole.

You are love in it all.

All is in order.

Feel the understanding as light in your soul star chakra,

That is right above your crown chakra.

It holds all the wisdom and knowledge of your soul.

And let it all be activated as gifts,

Talents,

New levels of understanding in your system.

And let it all flood into your being,

To this reality now,

Fully integrated into yourselves,

Into your body.

And repeat again out loud,

I am complete and whole.

I know who I am.

I've remembered.

It is done.

And thank yourself for freeing yourself.

Thank yourself for giving yourself permission to stand in the frequency of wellness and order.

Thank yourself for giving yourself permission to stand in the frequency of radical joy and acceptance.

Radical fulfillment and wholeness.

Now thank the masters of light for such healing.

And feel the lightness within you.

Feel the ease of your own flow and energy.

Thanking the guardian angels,

Your spiritual allies,

Your spiritual guides,

Your animal totems.

And thanking the masters of light,

The archangels of the universe,

The archangels of love,

The archangels of the Iterian family,

The Assyrian family,

Andromeda,

Vega and Orion.

Thanking your stellar family.

Knowing that as a circle and healing is close now,

You are still in connection with them.

And they are with you,

Supporting you and guiding you.

The energy now is clear and you will hear their guidance more clearly.

As well as the guidance of your heart and soul.

The healing has been fully integrated and the remembering is now alive within you.

You will begin to see shifting of perception as you see yourself and others and the world in a way that is more in alignment with your heart and soul.

Be gentle with yourself and now you are whole and complete.
