Episode 4: Honoring Your Light

In the fourth episode of LightUp, I share the process of ascension, the miracle of life, and amplifying your light by honoring your light and all relations. I share words of empowerment, inspiration, and love. I share a personal story with my father, and I finish the episode with a Light Language Transmission. It is my hope that these words settle in your being, aligning you with the magnificent energy that is you and exists all around you.

Welcome.

This is Sofia Alaijul with episode four of Light Up podcast.

And as always,

It's such a gift to be sharing this sacred time with you today.

And today I wanted to talk about remaining loyal to your light and honoring your light.

And so in the previous podcast we spoke about that you are the light being,

You are a light being and you are the light of the universe,

You are the light of the world.

And as you tune in to your light and as you align with your light,

You begin to be attuned to who you have come here to be.

You begin to attune to your heart coherence and moving through your life from your connection to your heart.

And so pay attention that I did not say what you have come here to do or to produce or to achieve or to gain or to have.

I said who you have come here to be.

It is really not about doing.

Who you have come here to be can be expressed in a million and infinite possibilities.

Your purpose is not just one.

It's ample and it's vast and it will show up in many different areas of your life.

And you are the focus of your purpose.

In a way your purpose is not something that you achieve.

Your purpose is constantly unfolding within you and through you and for you and changes throughout your life through your processes of evolution.

So this is kind of the conversation that I want us to dive in today.

And the words that I bring to you are more than words.

It's a frequency.

It's an energy.

It's an invitation to tune in and let them resonate within you,

Within your heart,

Within your soul to light you up,

To activate the light within you,

To activate inspiration,

To activate insight and awareness within you and activate love within you and for you and through you.

And so let's begin by doing a simple centering by placing both feet on the earth,

Tuning in into your heart center,

Tuning in to your heartbeat,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Just feeling how as you breathe in the oxygen enters into your body and as you exhale you release anything that is not needed for your body anymore.

So as you breathe in and breathe out there is this beautiful and constant exchange of oxygen,

Of information that is in activity and it happens beyond your control.

There's this divine and intelligent mind within you that takes care and knows what your body needs.

Once you breathe in the oxygen as you inhale that oxygen is distributed within your body directed to your heart,

To your blood,

Into your brain,

To your digestive system,

To your nervous system,

Your bones and as you exhale you exhale carbon dioxide,

All that is not needed and yet the world around you,

The trees taking the carbon dioxide,

This constant communication and interbeing with one another.

So continue to breathe and relax and surrender to this beautiful balance of life and intelligence within you,

Tuning in into your heart and the rhythm of your heart.

As you connect with the rhythm of your heart you can feel your life moving through you,

This heart that's been with you throughout your life here on this beautiful planet earth.

This heart that will remain with you throughout your life for some of us,

Most of us maybe and beneath that heart there's that loving intelligence,

That mind that makes your heart beat and all the hearts of the living creatures of the earth beat at the same rhythm of the earth and as you tune into this energy and the heartbeat of the earth and the rhythm of the earth and its pulsing,

I want you to bring your ears,

Your nose to your heart and listen from this place.

So the process that we are going on planet earth,

Sometimes you would hear it as called ascension,

It's really not going upwards,

It's really not going anywhere,

It's a journey that is inwards,

It's an evolutionary process of earth and humanity and it's inviting us to shift physically and emotionally and mentally and it relates to the capacity to hold more light in the cells of our body and so honoring the light that you are and remaining loyal to the light that you are and this connection to your purpose who you have come here to be on planet earth,

Not about doing but being,

Being with yourself and with others and the planet.

Today I had the beautiful and magical and magnificent experience of being able to have this conversation with my father like a three hours conversation with my father that I know that I'll remember for the rest of my life and he shared the story of my great great grandparents and my great parents and grandparents and my dad and just being able to hear the story and to hear him and to see him and you know his beauty and all his life and his life journey and this piece about who we have come here to be and as we are closing the call he says to me that you know this is the dad that you got and in that moment I looked at him and I said this is the dad that I chose and I pick you over and over again dad and I felt it and I felt it true and I said I love you and he said I love you too and I guess I share this piece because in the sense of at the end of my life what do you want or at the end of your life?

What would it matter?

What would your friends,

Your daughters and your sons and your close ones and the people you work with,

What would they say about you and what would you want to be remembered for?

And I think in the sense of purpose sometimes we can get caught in the doing and forget who we are being in the process and how are we showing up in the process.

So this piece about you are the light of the universe and you are the light of the world and this is because you are a light being,

You are a light being and this is not something woowoo that I'm saying in truth.

Every single cell of your body contains particles of light that are called photons.

They don't have a mass but every single cell of your body has photons and this is how your cell communicates and there's photons all around the environment and this is how your cells communicate with the environment.

This is in your own body and all around us.

So the trees have photons,

Everything around us has photons and within you.

So we are in truth the human being,

It is a being of light and it's throughout our mind it's the light it's lower than we are able to see but there are machines at this time that can actually measure the light and so you are a being of light and what I want to say about this piece is that the magnificence of life itself from the fact that you are pure light,

Light into being and a divine being into being manifested here in this time in this space and that our time is limited in the sense that once you eat this vessel of your body then the aspect that is infinite within you will continue and yet this moment in time of your body it's precious and everybody that you know,

Your family,

All the people that you have known through your life,

Even animals and places and landscapes,

Everything is part of this infinite that is constantly transforming and changing the source energy consciousness that is infinite in all times and then for a period of time has this vessel that is temporary you know for human beings maybe back in the day was around 40 years old and now it's closer to 90s than a hundred for some.

Where trees are over a hundred years old for certain animals are maybe 20 or 30 years old that is simply the glimpse of the vessel that the divine is manifested in this vessel,

Beautiful vessel of creation and expression on planet earth including earth itself,

The living body of the earth that it's been here alive and transforming for millions and millions of years,

Five billions years and so on right and so the way what when we tune into that magic,

When we tune into that miraculous life and I spoke about the miracle that it is to be who you are,

Who you have come here to be and to be alive in this present moment because if you go down in your line and talking about with my dad today,

It's you know the fact that my family from my dad's side came from Spain and how it met my great grandmother,

All of that if that didn't happen I wouldn't exist today so that on itself it's a miracle on itself you are a miracle the fact that your parents got together,

That your great parents got together,

Your great great great grandparents got together all made it possible for you to be here today that's a miracle on itself and so today I wanted to bring this message forward and I also wanted to talk about this piece about honoring your light and taking a moment to really feel into the words that I'm saying that you are miraculous,

That your life is miraculous and who you have come here to be,

To share,

To express,

To create is also miraculous so your purpose will transform throughout your life as you transform yourself so in other words your purpose evolves with you and in truth your purpose I always say it's just that seed within you just the one seed that created the one tree and the one tree bears so many fruits with so many seeds on each fruit throughout their life,

Throughout the life,

Throughout your life and that's what you have come here to be and so how do we honor our own light?

The light in the sense that how do we honor the light that we are in a divine nature in who we are as a human being,

As an allied being,

As life itself,

As a clear and pure vessel of the divine manifested here in form,

In being and that we have the gift and the miracle to also create and be aware of our creations that we have the possibility and the awareness and the consciousness to relate with other beings upon planet earth that are on themselves in different vessels such as a tree,

As a pet,

As an animal,

As a rock and a crystal,

As a plant,

Whatever that is as the ocean,

Whatever that is,

It's miraculous and I remember the quote from Albert Einstein that I absolutely love and it's we have two options in life to see life,

To see life as if everything is miraculous or nothing is miraculous and today my goal with my dad was miraculous because I also understood the gift that it is to have not only the human connections,

Human connections that are from the heart connection,

Being vulnerable with one another,

I'm sure that wasn't an easy conversation to have with me because he basically showed and opened his whole heart to me and as I mentioned I know it has had a profound impact on both of us but also the honouring of our light implies the honouring of our tree,

Of our lineage as soul beings,

As light beings we have chose our parents,

Our family as a soul being,

You looked down right before you incarnated into this magnificent vessel and body and whatever your soul needed to learn and wanted to learn and experience in this magnificent planet earth and reality you made the choice to come and incarnate in a certain family that will give you that experience and so listening to my dad having that awareness and this piece about honouring my light,

Honouring my purpose,

Me as a person who I have come here to be,

Who I want to be in my life and just seeing my dad lead by example to me,

I started to think of when I'll be in his role sharing my life with my kids and honouring the lineage that I come knowing that we are constantly healing and clearing the dreams,

The unlived lives and the unlived dreams from our line and also we are yielding the power,

The wisdom,

The love of our lineage and so honouring who we are,

Honouring our light not only is honouring who you are,

It's also arriving to a place of heart connection with the light of your whole clan,

Of your whole lineage that our souls incarnated in also in a human experience and that they form this larger tree of a story,

Really just a story of humanity of life upon planet earth that is part of the fabric of your fabric of life in just simply in this incarnation and what a gift all these souls incarnated into these different vessels telling these different stories upon planet earth and now I have the chance and we all have the opportunity to not only honour our lineage,

The light of our lineage and honour ourselves and make the choice of who do we want to be and how do we want to be and look towards the horizon to the future and know all the infinite souls that will be incarnated and that will continue to tell the story of our lives and will continue to evolve the story of the fabric of our life and our lineage and when you spread the eyes and the views not only in your life and your lineage and your personal life and your personal lineage and you look into the lineage of humanity on planet earth it's infinite and vast and it's miraculous as well.

The stories of love,

The stories of pain,

The stories of mistakes and betrayal along with the stories of success and accomplishment and compassion and kindness all of it all it's part of the body of humanity and so I want to stop for a moment here and just I'm gonna invite you to take a moment to place both hands into your heart and breathe in from your hands into your heart connecting with your light and connecting with your lineage and the song and the light of your lineage and connecting with the light of who you are the light of the song that is the song of your lineage is a song of who you are in the song of the lineage that it's becoming as well that is coming after you this light connecting to the light and the song of the earth and the story of the earth 4.

5 hundred billion years of life and here you are and here earth is everything that had to be in order for you to be here today so simply honoring feeling and breathing into your heart simply acknowledging and honoring everything that had to be in order for you to be here breathing and breathe out and now honoring your your light connected to the above and the below and within and there without honoring your light right here right now everything that you had to everything that had to be in your life and for you in order for you to be here today honoring your light your life breathing in and breathing out and acknowledging the light that will continue to be part and be weaved in this mantle and this fabric of life after you from your own story from your own light that will continue to evolve that thread that will continue to evolve and taking a moment of what it is that you wish to honor yourself beautiful and stay in this place and we're gonna do light language attunement to your light and honoring your light allowing any healing and integration to come in into your light body any integration for your lineage all around you beyond this time and space to really honor the songs of your ancestors and the songs of those ones that are coming after you and honoring the song that you are and the light that you are so I invite you to stay here and we'll begin there Oh Taking a deep breath in and I invite you to stay here For a moment as much as you need And I invite you to write a letter to your ancestors a letter to yourself and a letter to those who are coming and And read them out loud and Just give them back to the earth you can plant them and grow a tree or Just do something with the papers of half or keep the papers and read them from time to time If that helps us well Thank you for being here today for listening for your presence for your love for who you are and Together we are Creating and Emanating and transforming and bringing the frequency of love and the resonance of love into Your life into the world and the universe by simply allowing ourselves to be a vessel of love and to receive love and to feel more and more inclined to choose love within us and sometimes it's Not something that it can be controlled or force it simply happens a current of a flow of water And life that simply activates within us So thank you.
