This is Sophia Lai Joel and this is Empowering Your Chakras Meditation.

We're going to go through a process of clearing your chakras,

Aligning your chakras and activating your chakra system.

To do a light transmission and light language activation.

To begin let's find a comfortable position and I invite you to either sit down with your back straight or to lay down.

Either way it's fine but whichever position you have chosen I invite you to just readjust so you can be at least 1% more comfortable,

More at ease.

Laying openness into your body from your sacral opening your hips,

Allowing from the opening of your hips to relax your spinal cord,

To relax the back of your body and the front of your body.

Relaxing your hands if there's any tension there.

Inviting your shoulders to drop and your heart,

Inviting a deeper sense of relaxation into your throat,

Just checking in your tongue if you're holding any tension on your jaw.

Some opening there into that area,

Your ears and your eyes,

The back of your head and the top of your head as well.

Let's begin by sealing the space with the golden ray of light and allowing the golden ray of light to bring the energy of love resonance into your space,
