Welcome to this meditation.
My name is Zathya Lajjal and it's such a joy to be sharing this sacred space with you today.
As always,
This meditation is connecting to your infinite self through your breath.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable position and I invite you to be sitting down.
Your legs are crossed and your back is straightened yet relaxed.
Your shoulders are relaxed,
Your belly is relaxed,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your tongue and mouth are relaxed,
Your throat is relaxed.
So let's begin by taking a deep breath in all the way down to your lower belly,
Filling your lower belly as you would be breathing from your root chakra all the way up to your crown.
And I want you to hold your breath at the top for 4,
3,
2,
1 and gently releasing through your nose.
And I want you to do a cycle of 3 of this deep breath.
Breathing from your root chakra,
Filling all of yourself up with life force energy,
With oxygen,
All the way up to your crown and holding at the top for 4,
3,
2,
1 and gently releasing through your nose.
And continue doing 2 more cycles of this breath at your own rhythm,
Breathing in from your root all the way up to your crown,
Holding at the top for 4,
3,
2,
1 and releasing through your nose.
And one last time.
And as you breathe in connect with your breath,
Connecting with your graceful breath and the deeper layers of yourself opening to these layers of who you are,
Beyond the constructs of your mind.
We are deepening into the infinite aspect of who you are.
So begin to connect and continue to connect to your breath,
The feeling of gratitude.
And as you breathe becoming more than just your body,
Tuning in to the spaces in between each breath,
To the spaces between every thought,
To the spaces between your internal organs.
All the space that unites you.
Continue to breathe in and out,
Feeling all of yourself breathing from your root all the way to your crown,
Exhaling through your nose.
Beautiful.
Every breath is precious,
Going deeper with each breath.
Beautiful.
Continue breathing in from your root all the way up to your crown,
Exhaling gently and completely through your nose on each exhalation,
Surrendering to your infinite self,
Surrendering to life,
Life that exists within you as you.
Life force energy that exists in every cell of your body,
The same energy that blooms the flowers that exist in every bird that exists in the ocean,
The sound of the wind that breathes,
The same life force energy of life exist within you as you,
In all things.
So going deeper with each breath into the infinite aspect of who you are.
Breath happens by itself.
There's a greater intelligence,
Vast and infinite.
The universe itself is breathing you as you hold the universe within you.
The universe exists in you as you.
As you are not a drop in the ocean,
You are the ocean in a drop.
You are not a drop in the universe,
You are the universe in a drop in this form.
Simply breathing and allowing the breath to guide you into that deeper aspect in connection to the infinite self.
On each breath allow life in and out,
Life expressing itself through your breath.
Your breathing is life expressing itself through you as you.
The universe breathing,
Love breathing,
Grace breathing,
Source,
The creator,
Life breathing.
Realize you are not the creations,
You are the space where these creations are manifesting.
You are connected to what seems to be missing.
You are connected to all as you are part of the whole,
The whole universe as you.
Continue breathing in allowing your graceful breath to be expressed.
Breathing in from your root all the way up to your crown and exhaling through your nose cheaply and completely.
You are doing great.
Connecting to the infinite self.
Each molecule,
Each particle in your body is an expression,
A star,
A light of the universe.
Begin to feel how with each breath every single cell of your body begins to light up,
Begins to remember that it's the universe itself and just as the galaxies come together,
Your own galaxy has come together as you,
Expanding through time and space from infinite to finite,
From finite to infinite.
Beautiful and in this moment and space,
Infinity,
Surrender and rest here.
Let yourself be held in this space.
Feel the life that nourishes you,
Constantly nourishing you and as you exhale,
It's life breathing.
It's the universe breathing.
It's love breathing.
It's creation breathing.
This infinity breathing.
Continue to breathe in from your root chakra all the way up to your crown and gently releasing,
Exhaling through your nose,
Surrendering to life,
To your infinite self on each exhalation.

Breathing in from your root all the way up to your crown,
Tendre releasing through your nose.
You are home,
You are safe,
You have always been safe and protected,
You are guided,
Complete,
You are infinite,
You are light.
As you breathe in fully and completely in your exhalation call all of yourself back from your heart,
Feel like your heart is calling you back into wholeness,
Completeness,
Into your greatness,
Into your love and your well-being,
Into your grace,
The grace in your life and the grace that you are and you are complete.
Bring your palms to your third eye,
Bowing,
Connecting to this place between your eyes,
Your eyebrows,
This internal place and bring the light of the infinite here,
Acknowledging yourself as this light,
As the light of the infinite,
The universe in you.
Breathe in from your root all the way up to your crown,
Exhaling through your nose,
Beautiful,
You are doing great.
Now bringing your palms into your heart,
Breathing into this space,
Connecting and allowing your heart to be the one breathing,
Connecting to the love that is here for you,
Connecting to the love that you are and your manifestations of love in your life and as you tune into this space,
Your heart lighting up your heart in acknowledgement of the universe and the infinite within you,
The spark of spirit within you,
The spark of infinite unconditional love that exists within you for you and us you and for you.
Breathing in from your root all the way up to your crown and exhaling fully and completely through your nose and this practice is complete,
You are whole,
You are blessed,
You are infinite.
You are the one breathing,
You are the light of the infinite,
