My name is Sophia Laijo and I am so excited to be sharing sacred space with you today.

This is the opening of your voice and aligning to the sound of your soul.

Through this experience we are going to embark together through sound and connection,

Deeper connection with yourself.

So let's begin by taking a deep breath in into the heart center,

Connecting to your heart through your breath,

Inhaling at your heart and exhaling through your mouth,

Inviting some sound and as you exhale with sound,

Allowing the sound to be a manifestation of the release of the creation of more inner space within you.

Beautiful.

And beginning to take another deep breath in into your heart and exhaling through your mouth,

Allowing the sound of your voice,

The exhalation to be a manifestation of release and creation of more inner space within you.

Calling yourself back to this present moment,

Letting go and releasing of anything that is alive within you,

Creating stress and restriction in your body.

Beautiful.

So let's bring both hands into your heart center,

Tuning into the rhythm of your heart through your heartbeat.

As you're tuning into your heartbeat,

Feeling your heartbeat on the palms of your hand,

Tuning into the song of your life and through the song of your life,

Inviting your full essence to be present here.

Beautiful.

And as you tune into your song and your divine essence,

Beginning to translate the energy of your essence into colors,

Into sensations within your body.

So you begin to feel within you the presence of your divine essence.

Now inviting your essence to translate your energy into sound.

I want you to begin to hear your sound from within.

And when you're ready,

Begin to hum your sound.

Let it percolate throughout your body,

Awakening all parts of you within.

Beginning from your heart and expanding to all corners of your being.

Allow the gentle hum to evolve into the different sounds.

Let the sounds of your heart and soul be the sounds that are alive within you as an expression of your divine and true essence and the song of your life.

Your jewel at the center of your head,

Your center of intuition and awareness.

And inviting the energy of your divine essence and the expression of your divine essence to activate the center from within.

As it activates the center,

It begins to radiate new levels of energy and frequency from within.

Beginning with a gentle hum to translate this new light codes and vibration within you.

As you begin and continue to express your divine essence and the song and the sound of your divine essence through the center of your intuition,

From your pineal gland,

Continue to translate into sound the new light codes arising and expressing from the center,

Your intuition center at the center of your head,

Infused by the energy of your divine essence in new levels of,

Embodying new levels of wellbeing and freedom,

Clarity,

New foundations of standing with yourself in love,

It begins to translate and emanate new radiance,

The sound of your womb in full activation,

Alignment with your creator,

The creator within you,

In alignment and balance and harmony with the creator intelligence,

With the creator loving intelligence of life itself,

In service to yourself and life through the creation,

Manifestation and delivery of your divinity.

May the sound be a proclamation,

Declaration of yourself,

Of your new creations,

As a creator of your life,

Invoking the new self emerging from within,

The new creations emerging from within,

Taking a deep breath in into the heart into your full body awareness,

And now inhaling and with the inhalation invoking through your own free will the unification of these three centers at your pelvic region and your heart and your pineal gland at the center of your head,

They all begin to work in congruency,

In coherence and unity with each other as one,

In perfect harmony and balance with love,

With love within you,

With your divine destiny,

Purpose and the creations of your soul,

In alignment for your highest best good and the highest and best good of all life,

In alignment to and with your soul fulfillment,

The fulfillment of your heart,

The fulfillment of your humanity and your divinity.

So inviting a gentle hum as a declaration of this unification of the three centers into one unified as one within you and as a gentle hum begins to evolve to sound,

This is the sound of your unification,

Of your head,

Your heart and your hara which brings balance,

Harmony and unity to your whole energy system,

Now working in cohesiveness and congruency in the most efficient way,

In perfect communication with each other,

Inviting the sound of your voice,

Of your life,

Inviting all the intentions of who you are and your life forward through your sound now as a reclaiming of your life and yourself and your rightful place within you and in the world,

Inviting the sound of your inner guidance of your ancestors and your spiritual team as the support of the Mother Earth and the Universe and the Cosmos,

Your divine cosmic inheritance,

Asserting your connection with this energy through your sound now,

Inviting the sensations in your body as well as a manifestation of their presence for you,

Through you,

In you,

Supporting you,

Co-creating with you,

Guiding you,

Now inviting all the intentions that are being activated within you,

The longings within your heart,

To be ex-breathed,

To be created in the here and now as you birth yourself anew through these new creations with sound now.

Now finally tuning into the place,

The space within you that has been silenced,

Tuning into the space within you that has been silenced and inviting and opening the space for sound to be birthed,

To be sound now,

Waking up the space within you that has been silenced into and towards sound now.

Taking a deep breath in into the heart,

Bringing both hands to your heart center and acknowledging yourself,

Acknowledging you alive,

Acknowledging the energies that are supporting you,

Alive within you,

In your awareness,

Guiding you,

Supporting you all the way,

Taking a deep breath in into the heart and releasing gently through your mouth and opening the space for you if there are any words that you want to state to yourself,

To declare to yourself words of love,

Of appreciation and deeper commitment with yourself and your life.

I open that space for that to be open and stated within you and declared within you now.

Beautiful and closing the space,

Giving love and appreciation to the ancestors,

Your spiritual team,

Your essence,

The space that where you are,

The land where you are,

The gift of sound and voice to the energy of life itself,

Giving thanks for the love and support and giving thanks to your presence upon the world.

We are here singing the symphony,

The song of the earth and you are part of it,

You are part of this song and your sound and your voice matters.

It creates and contributes to the harmony of the song of the world.
