So I invite you to find a comfortable position where you can fully surrender to the vastness of the song of your soul.
You can do this meditation while you're laying down on the floor or sitting down or standing.
If you choose to stand I invite you to take your shoes off and face the soles of your feet right on the earth.
If you choose to sit down make sure your spine is elongated and relaxed,
Your jaw is relaxed and your shoulders are relaxed,
Your belly is relaxed,
Your hips are open,
You're grounded and connected and if you're laying down I invite you to surrender your entire body to the vastness of your soul.
Let's begin this beautiful journey into your primordial sound.
Taking a deep breath in into the heart and exhaling with your mouth open and in your exhalation allow the breath to calm down your nervous system,
Let your body know that you're safe,
That it is safe to relax in this moment.
Next inhaling again into the heart and exhaling into deeper connection with your beingness with that larger aspect of who you are with your truth.
Beautiful and taking another deep breath in and this time take the deepest inhalation that you have taken until this time and on the exhalation really consecrate into your body,
Into your life,
Into your divinity,
In your true belonging and in the beautiful interconnectedness and interweaving with all life knowing that you are part of the whole intrinsic relationship with one another.
All synergy of all life in tune with this love and intelligence that ignites your life and all life.
Breathing in into your life,

Breathing in into the heart and exhaling knowing the interdependence,
