Start your day charged and plugged into the field! This practice guides you into alignment with your core and the central axis of the Earth. Where from there you expand into the Universe. Reset your System and Align with your power of Creation. By the end, you will feel re-energized, grounded, aligned with yourself and all life, feel love for yourself and all life, and feel empowered.

Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Knowing that this time that you have set for yourself to be in presence and in love with yourself,

This is the most loving act you can do for you and for the world.

When you are in love,

Love emanates from you into the world.

And now that you have found a comfortable space,

Sit with your back erect and yet relaxed.

You can lay on your bed as well.

And as we move together through this journey of nourishment,

Recalibration and attunement,

Allow the space to be at its highest vibration.

And so let's take a few deep breaths in to reset your system.

Breathe in fully into your belly at your own rhythm and release with an ah and an open mouth,

Breathing in.

And breathing in and exhaling through your mouth with an ah,

Allowing life to breathe you.

Allowing life to breathe you.

Allowing love to breathe you.

And if you are sitting,

Allow the gravity to guide your relaxation.

The earth is your loving container.

Let the earth hold you and support you for these few minutes.

If you are laying down,

Allow the gravity to guide your relaxation,

As well the melting of your back body into the earth.

The earth is your loving container.

And let's inhale together,

Allowing the air to fill your belly all the way to your upper chest.

The air expands now to your back body,

Opening your shoulder blades and releasing at your back.

And inhale,

Allowing the air to fill your belly all the way to your upper chest.

The air now expands to your back body,

Opening your shoulder blades,

Releasing at your back.

And now with the breath inside your body,

Allow life to breathe you.

Allow love to breathe you.

Allow peace to breathe you.

Allow your presence to breathe you.

And bring the earth into your whole body with your inner channel of light,

Into complete alignment with the central axis of the earth.

Feel this alignment.

Feel within you,

In your body,

At your core,

That you are in full alignment with the earth axis and your own axis.

Feel how the earth rotates within this axis,

And feel how your energy system also rotates within your central axis.

And now allow the entire earth to cover,

To hold you,

To hold your entire body.

Allow the earth to become your body,

Its trees,

Its mountains and rivers and lakes,

The beautiful animals of the earth that fly high up,

That swim in the depths of the ocean,

And that walk with such grace upon the soil.

The new life that enters with every heartbeat,

As you are in full alignment with your central axis and the axis of the earth.

And at this time,

If there's any thought that comes in,

Allow it to gently take part in the wholeness of the earth.

Let the natural rotation of the earth move,

Move it through and take its place in the whole.

Now I want you to bring your presence to your root chakra.

And from your root chakra,

From the end of your axis,

Anchor,

Ground,

Plug in into your core,

Into the core of your earth,

Where you,

You,

You stand in love,

Where you stand in peace,

Where you stand in joy,

Where you stand aligned to your authentic voice,

Experiencing the truth of who you are in this moment.

Allow the energy to rearrange your system as it gently settles into your beingness.

Allow the information to inform you as this beautiful,

Uplifting information settles and it's fully integrated from energy to matter,

All the way from the cells of your body into your DNA.

Your DNA is fully activated now,

Fully informed as this new information is fully placed in your spiral,

In your system,

Vibrating at a new frequency.

Breathe in,

Allowing you to vibrate,

To broadcast a new signal to the universe that is in full alignment with your divine presence.

Feel this alignment.

Feel how the earth still rotates within this axis and feel how your energy system also rotates within your central axis.

Now allow the entire earth to cover your entire body.

Allow the earth to become your body as you are in full alignment with your central axis and the earth's axis.

And now bring your awareness into your crown chakra.

See the end of your axis at your crown and plug it in,

Ground,

Anchor,

Into the cosmos.

Plug it in into the pyramid,

Crystalline pyramid,

Holding divine intelligence and allow the energy to move through,

Downloading through the axis,

Your axis into the totality of your being.

Allow the energy to clear your body and as the energy clears your body,

Aches and tensions are released.

Your energy is now fully renewed and restored.

You are fully charged.

You are plugged in the field.

And as this information is fully stored all the way into your new DNA with new levels,

New strands of light codes that have been added and activated into your DNA spiral,

Take a deep breath in as you reset the broadcast of your energy system into the updated,

Upgraded version into the universe.

Your central axis is in full alignment with the earth central axis.

The earth is still rotating,

Holding,

Embracing the totality of your body.

Bringing your awareness to your heart center.

Feel the core of the earth vibrating,

Beating as one with your heart.

Feel the space behind your heart and let it be filled with light,

With love,

With oxygen and space.

And as you plug in and let the information inform you as you plug into from your core of your heart into the core of the earth,

And let it all expand into the wholeness of your body,

Expand your awareness into the open space beyond your body to the furthest point that your awareness can reach.

And you are opening your hands as antennas and from your hands let the universe inform you.

Open the powers of your skin,

Allowing the new information to be received.

And as the new information is received,

This new information revitalizes you.

It renews you.

It fills you with vitality in its empowering love.

And as you reach towards the most expanded aspect that your awareness can reach and touch,

Over the tip of your middle finger you can feel this membrane.

Out and with your hands pull this memory out and down and breathe in and allow the infinite universe to enter into your heart.

Drop the membrane from your hands and let it all go.

Relax to this opening and zero point space that is forever supporting you.

This is your container.

This is love.

This is you.

Let yourself be held now by your expansion.

Let yourself be held by your infinite potential.

Allow the energy to embrace who you are at this moment in time.

Entering from your crown,

From your base,

From your heart,

From the pores of your skin to the totality of who you are,

Allow the information to inform you,

Allow the information to inform the totality of the earth and relax into your presence.

Allowing the expansive energy to lift you up into a new dimension of living.

You are still in full alignment to your central axis of your being and the central axis of the earth.

You are now standing on zero point.

You are now plugged in,

Tuned in into your field.

And now your whole system has been recalibrated and now your whole system has been charged and now your whole system is vibrating at a new frequency.

You are vibrating in clarity,

In power allowed,

In joy and peace.
