Find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed and find a seated position or laying with your back straight.
Bring your attention to your toes and bring any relaxation into your toes.
It can be a little bit like 1 or 2% more comfortable in your toes.
Move into your feet and your ankles if you can just simply bring attention to them and allow any more inner space to be created.

And now moving into your legs,
Your calves and creating about 2% more inner space within your calves and your legs,
The top of your knees and behind your knees,
Your thighs and your hips allowing your hips to fully open and relax and surrender to the earth or the bed wherever you are.
And as you relax into your pelvis and you open your pelvis,
Feel your deep roots around you into the heart of the earth maintaining your awareness in your pelvis allowing your torso to be 5% more comfortable and relaxed inviting more inner space within you,
Your shoulders and your shoulder blades,
Your arms and your hands,
Relaxing your neck and your jaw,
Your temples and behind your head settling your head into balance within your spine allowing your spine to hold your head in position without any effort releasing any stress and constriction held here,
Relaxing your tongue and your eyes and top of your head.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling gently and bringing your attention to the end of your spine,
Feeling your connection with the earth and your connection with your body and from the end of your spine you are going to rise,
Lighting up your inner light from the end of your spine rising from your base to your sacral and lighting up your sacral chakra,
Rising into your solar plexus and lighting up your solar plexus,
Rising into your heart and lighting up your heart in all directions,
Front and side and back,
Rising into your throat and lighting up your throat,
Rising to your third eye and lighting up your third eye and rising all the way into your crown and lighting up your crown and opening to your connection with your higher wisdom into the sky.

Now bringing your attention to your solar plexus and your heart and keeping your awareness in this space,
I invite you to widen your perspective of yourself to your auric field just like the earth has an ozone layer that protects the earth from the ultraviolet waves and other energies from the universe,
You do as well and this is your auric field and as you maintain this view perspective of you inside your auric field just have a look if your body is outside this auric field.
Sometimes situations of stress takes us outside it could be just your head or your entire body that is inside.

And now once you have a clear vision I like to imagine that I bring myself into the center,
Bring myself back to center with my hand and I place myself again inside my auric field in the middle.
So go ahead and do this.

And now we're gonna have a look at the state,
The health of your auric field.
You can start from the front part of your auric field so this kind of like ozone layer around you protecting you and with your hand you're gonna just smooth the texture of your auric field.
If there's any holes just place your hand on top of the hole sending light and love and you'll begin to see that a new layer of skin like just skin begins to build and reconstruct.
So you're basically reconstructing your auric field with your hand with light and energy,
Light and love.
So I invite you to do this all through the front of your body,
To the back of your body,
The top and the bottom,
The sides,
So all around you.
Just begin to go through with your hand,
Smooth all the layers,
Refill all the places that there's been holes down to your auric field with light and love,
See how it begins to weave again.
This layer around you.
And I'm gonna give you some time to do that.

Now I usually like to with my hand to smooth all around a circle,
I draw like a circle going from top around down inside.
I continue to draw a circle around me from the top to the side to the bottom towards my feet,
Sides,
Top of the head and I kind of draw that circumference a few times so it's very clear and bright and radiant.

And once you've done this,
I invite you to see a column of light connecting you to the earth,
Grounding you deeply in your roots.
A column continues through the body,
All the way up from your head into the sky,
Into your higher wisdom,
Connecting you to your guides and source.
Now you see yourself in the center of your auric field,
Your auric field is beautiful,
It's radiant,
It's clear and it's healthy.
So I like to draw with my hand a spiral,
A golden spiral around me,
Sealing the energy and the healing.

Now you're complete and coming back into the awareness of your solar plexus in your heart.
And from this place,
Activating and lighting up your whole spine,
Your whole chakras that are shining towards the front and the back,
See your full body lightened up,
You're lighting up your full body,
