Welcome,
Friend.
I'm Siri Louris,
And I'm glad you're here.
Find a comfortable seat and allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment.
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Again,
Breathing in nourishment,
Breathing out scarcity.
As the summer reaches its peak,
Nature offers us a beautiful reminder.
The gardens are growing,
Trees are heavy with fruit,
And fields are very much alive with pollinators and possibility.
Abundance is sincerely everywhere.
And today we're remembering that abundance lives within you too.
Bring awareness to your breath and feel the gentle rhythm,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Imagine yourself walking through a beautiful,
Thriving garden.
Maybe you're alone.
Maybe you're with a pet companion or your favorite friend.
Sunflowers reaching towards the sky facing the sun and herbs releasing their fragrance into the air.
Bees moving blossom to blossom.
Everything participating in the ecosystem.
Everything is contributing.
Everything belongs.
And if you notice,
Gardens don't compare.
Nature doesn't compete in the way that humans do.
And it simply grows according to its nature.
Take a moment to reflect on the word abundance.
What does it mean to you?
Many of us have been taught to view abundance only through achievement,
Money,
Or productivity.
But it's my belief that abundance can also be found in friendship,
In creativity,
Health,
Rest,
Community,
Purpose.
Ask yourself,
Where is abundance already present in my life?
Allow whatever comes forward to emerge naturally.
Maybe you don't feel you have abundance present in your life.
Now ask,
What beauty have I become too busy to notice?
Sometimes magic is in the mundane.
Let's take a breath.
And receive whatever wisdom arrives.
There's no right,
There's no wrong.
We're just noticing,
Y'all,
We're just noticing.
And if it feels aligned,
Place both hands over your heart.
Feel its steady rhythm.
The constant reminder that life is already moving through you.
And let's work through an intention for this practice.
I receive abundance with gratitude.
I trust there is enough.
I celebrate what is already growing.
I welcome blessings with an open heart.
I trust there is enough.
I trust there is enough.
I trust there is enough.
Let it become part of your inner landscape.
Let's take another breath in.
And release.
Inhale again gently.
And exhale.
And one final breath in.
And release.
Notice how you feel.
Notice what has shifted.
And remember abundance is not something to chase.
Often it is something we recognize.
Something you receive.
Something you nurture.
May you move through the rest of your day with gratitude,
Confidence,
And trust in the richness that is already present in your life.
Thank you for practicing with me today.
Until next time.
Be well.
