We're tapping into the art of infusing mindfulness into your daily rituals with a little love,
A little rhythm,
And a whole lot of presence.
This moment is for you.
Let's tap in.
Go ahead and find your seat.
Maybe that's on the floor,
On your couch,
Or wherever feels like home in your body.
Maybe you prefer to move freely about your space instead of sitting.
It's all good.
This practice is for you.
So let's close our eyes gently or soften your gaze.
Let's focus on a little gentle breathing.
Maybe you consider your inhales an offering towards self and your exhales can exhibit love and care for community or Mother Earth and even loved ones.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and hold for a beat and exhale out of the mouth with an audible gentle sigh.
Let it go.
Let it all go.
And again,
A deep breath in,
Exhale and release.
Relax your shoulders and let them melt away from your ears.
Unclench your jaw if you find there's tightness there and let your belly be soft.
Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm and let it occupy you like your favorite slow jam playing in the background of your life.
Now picture your day,
Not just the stress of it.
We want to acknowledge the rhythm.
Let's focus on the vibe we want to prescribe for our day.
Pay attention to your rituals.
Maybe that's brushing your teeth or lighting a candle to set intention or even pouring your morning coffee.
These are your daily ceremonies.
You don't need a retreat or yoga mat to be present.
And while those are both dope companions on our wellness journey,
The vibe begins at home.
The vibe begins within.
You are the vibe.
And if it feels aligned,
You may repeat this affirmation silently or out loud.
I infuse presence into the little things.
I bring peace to my routine.
Maybe you want to hit it twice.

Picture an easeful energy.

Wiggle your fingers.
Roll your shoulders.
Maybe sway a bit if the mood hits.
